Scam or fraud: ICICI Bank — Delay in Debit Card

Dear Sir,

This is Deepak Bhaskar Mhalas, having a saving account in your Prabhadevi Branch. My Account No. is
005701034452. My Contact No. is 90990 65998.

On 3rd December 2016 i lost my Debit as well as my Credit Card. I immediately launched a complaint to
block both cards and requested to issue new cards.

I was told informed that, same would take 5 working days.

When i made a follow up call i was told that, only the debit card is dispatched to Prabhadevi branch.

I had a wedding in family due to which i was unable to collect the card on time, so on 10th I requested
to resend this card to Ahmedabad, as i was going to be there,

On 13th I made a call and was assured the card is already dispatched to Ahmedabad.

On 14th and 15th I had made number of calls to know the status of my card.

I am really sorry to state here none of the call center person had any proper answer.

On Friday I visited the Ahmedabad Stadium Branch on Ashram Road, where Mr D Shah had no idea about this
card.

Mr Shah wrote to Prabhadevi Branch to find out the status.

On Saturday to my great surprise i came to know from Mr D Shah the card was still lying at Mumbai.

The dispatch as assured on 13th never took place.

No one means no one from any ICICI branch takes any landline call.

The call center employee do not have any information.

You can check with all the records (if you are keeping them) the answers i got from your employees. One
of the girl disconnected my call.

The other banks could resolve this issue within 36 hours. And ICICI where my salary account is there is
taking 20 days and still with no result.

Now i will get a mail from your end stating your issue would be resolved in 48 hrs, is this the way
ICICI works?

I do not understand why such delay for small issue.

Who are the call center employees who do not have any information. Who gave me wrong input that the
card is dispatched on 13th from Mumbai for Ahmedabad. Same was confirmed by another employee on my
follow up call.

Who are these employees who do not know any thing and gave all false information.

I want all these answers and who is responsible for such delay

Why should i continue with ICICI, the worst service is provided from your end,

Scam or fraud: State Bank Of India [SBI] — Gave written request for Rupay Debit card, Received Visa Card

Sir, I have requested for a Rupay Chip card for my SB account with Changanacherry Branch. But I was issued a Visa Card. As the officer Suggested I wrote “Rupay Debit Card” at the top of the request. Still they send me Visa Card.

Why SBI is supporting an American Company? When we have Rupay Card. Service Charges are high for them also.

I am deeply disappointed by their irresponsible behaviour.

Portability Done for 3 times But Not Successful due to not enough knowledge to your executive.

Executive name – Yamuna – 7416963273 (Dabagardens)

I have done portablility from CDMA to GSM at your dabagardens main branch. I paid money and your executive make me visit 3 days to done this proceed but till now it is not completed. Even i didn’t receive any SMS / confirmation about this. When I call to your executive she is not lifting my call / switched off. Is this the way your people are working at your stores. I need rectification for this immediately.

I’m the existing customer from 5 years but is this the response you are giving to existing customers.

Sales representatives are not at all professional .They are extremely pathetic to respond or revert back.
i wanted to appoint a caretaker. For last 2 weeks i am calling their sales representatives but either they are not reachable or always giving false promises.they scheduled one interview for it but it didn’t happen and they are not at all bothered to call .they are not even answering my calls
when i tried to escalate it to their senior manager they are also i guess super busy to respond to call or mails

Our experience at your above mention property was horrible. Staff is very unfriendly and welcome drink even asking for a glass of water. Reception and the owner of the Hotel was unprofessional and no curtsy towards customers. Room do not have OyO basis kits and overall experience was too bad.

even asking for feedback form they denied the same that they do not have the form.

I am writing this email in need of help to find out my cousin mobile. She forgot her mobile before entering airport. I requested indigo front desk agent to handover her mobile to her. She agreed and also I gave my contact information Incase if they have any issues. I wasn’t contacted and my cousin also not received her mobile. It happened last week 11/12/2016 Sunday 7 am IST in Chennai domestic airport. Below is PNR of the passenger NG8R2U. Kindly help me to find mobile. Please let me know if any questions.

Dear idea, i have been using idea network since last 1 year, i used to pay my pending bills on time. But since month of september i have stopped payment due to 2000 dispute. Since till then i have not received my revised bill. This was told many of the collection phone executive. But still not recived. Now my family friends and colleagues are getting call from idea cellular legal representative : saying there is legal case against me. They are using abusing and threatening language to threat them by saying that their is a legal matter against me and i will have to bear the consequences and soon all will come to know about it.

First of all i need to know few details from idea.

1. As per trai any telecom company can not share customer dialed number history with anyone, why idea is giving my confidential information to there legal representative?

2. Why the idea legal representative calling to my family friends and colleagues using harsh, rude, abusing and threatening language?

I want to know the answer of above question from idea as soon as possible.

Secondly, if i was not reachable than why could not idea sent a letter to my permanent address provided instead of circulating my confidential numbers to idea legal representative to degrade my image and mentally harass me, my family friends and colleagues.

Can idea bring back what loss i have undergone?

It has been a ridiculous experience with this company. I received the mosquito net after paying ?200 delivery charges. There was damage in the product and I called their customer care who speak very little English to my horror for me to understand the way that they have guided me. I was asked to send a photo of the damaged product on WhatsApp post which I was again asked to contact their customer care. The most horrible part was,
I was asked to courier the product back to them for which I bear the charges plus no refund but only an exchange. I tried my best to make the customer service understand that my bed is 6×6 and your product does not fit it.

Horrible to the core. Don’t get trapped by buying anything from this company, its a big headache.

I got an email from some private (fraud) organisation this morning, stating that they need my details like PAN card, Voter ID & Passport size photo in order to credit some amount (around 4 crores INR) in my account, which I want to bring to your attention.

Please find attached images and do the needful as early as possible.

Also please confirm me if this was actioned (just for my self-satisfication)
