I have recharged friends number through paytm.i have done recharge once and amount has been deducted thrice due to network problem and recharge has done twice on same number, but i have not received Rs 250/- back, of which recharge was not done
the amount deducted was 750/-, recharge done of rs 500/-, where is Rs 250/-

Hi i =added my wallet with 10000 inr later i was thinking its not require so i requested to refund back to my bank . i raise return to bank option they deduced amount from paytm wallet and later my bank account is not credit with the same when i msg to paytm they said they already did now .i talked to my bank they said no transaction has been made .i email so many times no one replying on tht .i wan my money back . plz help me out from this

My term months of amount is completed .I opend account on 30/03/2010 completed on maturity of 30/03/2015, .this is 60 month instalment But company employ not refund my amount. I am very harassed by company office in sector-22, chandigarh. I sent my documents in company office 24.08.2016 but no response.

Scam or fraud: Pizza Hut India — Online ordering cost of pizza increses on adding to cart

Complaint Details:
I am ordered Big Pizza from Pizza Hut, it shows cost as 219 on the menu, but when I add my fist Pizza to cart, it shows 269. And then when I try to go to Menu, the rate of all pizzas have increased. Same with other items too. And order which totalled 727 by original pricing costed Rs 867 once items were added to cart and checked out.
This is nothing but cheating costumers. Request you to do the necessary to get my refund and direct Pizza Hut for giving appropriate compensation.

Scam or fraud: Makemytrip India — Deduction of Rs.600/- as service charge on unsuccessful railway reservation on 18.12.2016 vide NR 2151034868951

Sir,

My name is P.L. Sanyal. I had logged on your Make My Trip (MMT) website on 18.12.2016 to purchase a railway ticket in Training No. 12314 Rajdhani Express for 22.12.2016 and MMT has suggested for payment of Rs.2881 and I paid through internet Banking. However, MMT failed to reserved ticket and informed through SMS that money of Rs.2208.46 has been processed with ID NR2151034868951 with Ref Num NULL and reflect in acct. in 7-14 days. I am surprised by this SMS as I had transferred the ticket amount of Rs.2881/- but MMT has been returning an amount of Rs.2208, that means Rs.600/- deduction on the failure of MMT. However, MMT has not informed about as to why they deducted Rs.600/- for what reasons whatsoever to the customer.

It is therefore, requested that you may be pleased to inform about this deduction of Rs.600/- on what account from the customer when I have neither cancelled or given any ticket confirmation by MMT.

I shall be highly grateful for a reply in this regard.

Sir, i tried adding 5000 in my paytm wallet on 9-12-2016 but the transaction was declined, i tried the same 2 more times nd the same problem occured, after the third try money got deducted from my sbi account for which i received message from sbi.Its been 10 days and as per paytm refund should have been done within 7 days.please take some action as soon as possible.

At the last when I did not get help from anywhere I am writing about my concern.

So from last one quarter or so I am facing some financial difficulties and I just did not want to end my relationship with Airtel on a bad note so I chose to contact you guys and inform about my situation asking what best can be done as help from Airtel’s end.

The help they offered me was of no use and they clearly mentioned that they can’t do anything about it, i clearly mentioned that the phase i am going through is very hard and also asked to escalate the matter as I wanted to close it with someone’s help but that did not happen and every time I was told that there is nothing we can do.

I have still paid my bill and i have just got a new job, i decided to port my number and suddenly Airtel called me asking why am I doing so, I started telling and before I could finish my first sentence the call was disconnected on my face with last word from last lady’s mouth as ‘ Sorry for the inconvenience, Goodbye!’

Isn’t this strange, a customer is calling you upfront seeking for some help so that the situation can be dealt in the most possible manner but an organization working at this level behaves as such a customer doesn’t mean anything for them and disregards every call of mine.. Their service left me distressed and they were the only ones who did not even address my situation.

I am very unhappy with the level of service I have got and they almost helped me to go to a depression stage. Their people of the phones are fearless, whenever they want to cut the phone they do, they promise call backs but they never do.

Today a bluedart courier man called me and talked about the address and delivery and i told him to deliver the order but i kept waiting and he did not deliver . I also called him but he is not answering the phone.
When he called today i explained him the address but he was not listening .
Kindly tell him to deliver the order at our door step please. Because he was saying that when i will reach your address you come to the end of lane street. I said that when you come to our address it is very easy to come in the street and our house but he did not start his journey from the courier facility to deliver the order.
