I had booked hotels in Andamans in Dec from email id akkijaisa@gmail.com but due to natural disaster cyclone I was not able to board. The airlines gave me full refund but the hotel bookings was done thru yatra and I paid the full amount in advance. Now even after this emergency situation they are not refunding my amount and neither responding to my email.

Sir,
i have purchased a faber cook top 5 months before till that date the cook top having problem in it. I have longed complain many times but the vendor not abe to repair the cook top and every time he came with new part but till today cook top not working.
While complaining to local office Mr Ram attended the compalin as per his view the piece is defected from starting but till now nothing has been done to replaced it . So please look up the matter or either i go for consumer court for it.. The serial no of cook top is OX140121707 .

Hi,

I have ordered a 6*6 calendar and did ONLINE payment also on 14 Dec, I was connected to 3-G network but I was facing issues in uploading of photos. I raised this concern with Zoom in support team on 16 Dec and cancelled my order on 17 Dec.
But it is still showing pending and still uploading the photos.
Please help me in cancellation of this order and getting my refund.

My Claim ID : 2541654, which I have created on 10th of dec, Till date I didn’t receive any calls regarding this from the guarantee team. I keep getting the message. We tried to contact you on your registered number i.e. 9894817933 at 17/12/2016 12:13 to discuss your concern. However, we could not speak with you as the number was not reachable. I make calls to eBay customer care on daily basis. I have updated my alternate contact number 9686451451. still I receive the same message. Today I got a message indicating. We hope you have received the item “Apple iPhone 6 – 64GB – gold – Imported & Unlocked Best Deal” (152344870439) that seller top_notcher was to deliver by 17-Dec-16.
Important:
If you do not take any action by 22-Dec-16, we will presume that you have received the item.

When you guys are not contacting me, And you guys are asking me to update status by 22-dec, else you will ask me to keep the product?

I have made calls daily to ebay customer care requesting for refund, even the seller has agreed for refund.

I am one of the consumer of hp gas in Kolkata, Westbengal . There is a on line gas-refile booking facility, to this to create online account.So I created online account for booking gas refile, but it is not activated.There is a message to me it shows only check status

But they haven’t sent me the activation mail on my email id cited above. So please rectify my problem as early as possible.

My Mobile MOTO E ( XT 1506, Type MDFC3, 2nd gen, black colour) was lost during Travel last week, 14th Dec 2016.
I have the police complaint registered at the location of the incident on 15th.The same was given to Service provider BSNL to block the SIM.
I tried your customer care at Hyderabad, but they could not block the IMEI code.
The SIM was blocked on the same day with the service provider BSNL.

Snapdeal has one of the worst customer service department.I have raised multiple tickets regarding my refund for a product worth Rs 4095. They charged me twice so the total refund I have to get is Rs 8190.(I cancelled my order as I got charged again rs 4095+4095=Rs8190). No one cares to address the customers issues. 8k is not a small amount in these demonetization conditions and I’m facing many problems because of the delay in the refund. I raised around 5 tickets till now and none of them has been addressed as of now. If you can’t solve this issue atleast close this company so that other people don’t face problems like me.

These guys are biggest fraud. Please don’t buy anything from this shop.
They will take your money and never delivere your order. After taking money they don’t even talk with customer properly.they will keep you hanging in between and never delivere your order.
They have very third class service and people. they dont even remember what you have ordered because they dont have any database. they will tell you that they have various offices in india but reality is that they dont have any branch, they dont have any manager.These people are just fraud and illiterate.

We have orderd furniture of aroung 1.10 lakhs. they have taken whle amount and havent dilevered all items. now they refused and always fight with us.

The address verification completed for my dongle having mobile number 7088850004, I used the number for one month and even paid my First Bill also. Now they have terminated my connection without any prior intimation.

I am trying to contact Idea Customer Care but there number is not accessible. I contacted with local idea representative and they have mentioned that due to address issue it is terminated.

I am failed to understand but Idea people are doing, they are mentally harassing the customer. I applied correctly, paid bill on time and still my connection is not working.

Kindly activate my phone number today, due to non availability of my dongle, I am losing my business proposals which will directly affect my job.
