Complaint Details:
I am supposed to receive a courier from eBay via Bluedart today (19-12-2016). Bluedart guy called me at 16:52. He promised to deliver at my office reception. But I got a sms stating undelivered due to person not being available.

When I called him again he told me to go to 8th floor of my office. I did so and till now he has not turned back nor picked my call. When tried him after couple of minutes the mobile got switched off.

Such a fraud person.

Do u guys action? I need to call the blue dart call center number for that they are charging re 1 per call. and still not getting connected.

Complaint Details:
We are using the Fx 10 for past 2 years. The plastic jar which has to be fitted on the side before any equipment can be used has a very delicate protusion which fits into the main mixer. It is made of plastic and has broken. How do we repair or replace it? We are unable to use the Fx 10 dur to the broken plastic protusion. Kindly help asap. Surprisingly just a small delicate plastic piece has put this out of order.

Dear sir, i had booked placed for banner of my coaching classes name as Swanand Classes in November 2016. your representative name as Mr. Sushil Dubey came to my place for this. but after issue of chq. he does not responding at all. whatever information given to me is totally false. he is not a right person to approch any customer my doubts and problem is not yet resolved how your company employed such type of employee is a question mark for me. please send your another representative to resolved my problems and doubt. I hope so you are taken my request personally .your early action is highly appreciated.

We are investing 1 lakh rupees but we not receiving any return from company .and based on my investment my friends are also investing 1 more lakh …all this money we need back…
they are showing to some adds in weekly bases and it is really big shock to me..please help to get back my money..
and arrest those fellows …send them into jail..

Sir, I add balance 1500 on 15/12/2016, 06:39 pm from my friends debit card balance deducted from bank account but some technical issues so my Paytm wallet is not credited and showing my balance refunded to bank account but still I am waiting for refund my money is not refunding please sir take some action for refund my money. I have booked a phone i.e redmi 3s prime on 5th of december, and the product has to deliver on 8th of December. But the has not been delivered till now I mailed to Mi India they just told me they will see in to my matter and I will get it in 48 hrs but again I didn’t get anything. Now I am totally frustrated by all this stuff. Blue dart have to send me the consignment but still they just ignored my request. I am eagerly waiting for my product but this type of poor Customer service ruined my mood. I just want my product please help me out.

i have called 3 time on date – 19/12/2016 for my balance query, they just cut my call 3 times, they just said please hold i will check your details and then cut the call that will happen 3 times.

i have query regarding my balance is not showing properly it shows difference of 7000 rs i am really unsatisfied with your service, i am going to close all my accounts and credit cards from your bank

Complaint Details:
I am complaining about a diamond wedding ring purchased by me for my bridegroom on 31.10.2013 which is defective and Diamond has come out from the grip of ring which I have complaint several times verbally to your Tanisq shop at Gariahat Kolkata but they have told that they will send the same to their workshop at Bangalore and it may take two to Three months to refit and return the same which I do not agree.
This my earnest request to you to resolve the issue on spot at Gariahat Shop at Tanisq from where I have purchased the same.
Photograph of the ring showing diamond has come out from the ring is enclosed.The invoice /Cashmemo of purchasing the above ring is also enclosed.Kindly resolve the issue on spot and tell me a date when I should go to Tanishq shop at Gariahat to refit the same. This is sorry to say that the company like Tanishq can have so costly defective product and being old regular customer I should be compensated and as you know the wedding diamond ring can not be given to the store for two to three months because it has a ritual and prestigious value.
