Complaint Details:
I had purchased kurti from limeroad (Order number 0007354041) and made payment through credit card. The amount (Rs 599) was deducted from my hdfc credit card, but due to some technical problem at limeroad server they did not received the payment and asked to make cash on delivery and said that the amount which was deducted from hdfc credit card will be credited in your account within 48 hours, but the money has not been refunded yet.
We have asked in the bank about the same and they told that after receiving confirmation mail from limeroad the same amount will be credited in the account.

Kindly mail so that i can process further with the bank.

I was returning from my office at DLF Phase 2, Rajarhat from Dumdum railway station. No ticket counter was opened at that time. But TT named as Kaushik Banerjee from Sealdah railway station collected fine from me even though there was no tickect counter open at that time at Dumdum railway station. The time was arount 10.30 at night. They took my mobile phone as mortgage and thus made me withdraw money forcefully from local ATM machine. They gave me a slip amounting 260 but took 500 from me.

Dear sir,
Regret to say that I have booked a parcel  from deesa to Gurgaon for the product thorugh Nandan courier having docket voucher number 1218200021133 on 7-12-2016.The product has been misplaced by the courier service and they are not responding to these difficulty they have taken their hands off saying we don’t have any idea about product live status. We have personally visited deesa office thrice as well as contacted your headoffice situated at Ahmedabad but they are not responding properly and simply through unresponsive answer. It is shameful for the responsive company to answer these to the customer.
Please do take action and tell me what to do.

I’m Atanu Bandyopadhyay. My passport is received with some technical issues due to which its unable to be scanned in airport check points. And whenever I raised a complain, I was requested to appear physically in the passport office.

I am asking, when I have submitted all the documents properly so whose fault is this??
And I stay in Mumbai and how is it possible to appear in Kolkata for again and again when I have cleared all the procedures???

I would like to request the concern team to take proper action against that so that the common people don’t have to suffer in such a way.

Always problem with the courier boy they are updating that the order sent out for delivery but the boy boy was not delivering .This is not yey the first time this is happening for last two three couriers .the courier boys ate so lazy to deliver ours and are returning back to the the online store.so resolve it Please solve it. Order no.810311811.so this is the last and final warning our nearby ecom office is at krishna district.nandigama. so tell them to deliver within time

I am use Mahindra jeeto and I buy this before 50 days and I run this only 300 km. Jeeto is brake down on 19.12.16 and after this I call to the sant auto zone, (Authorised Mahindra & Mahindra dealer, Kangra HP) and he gave me very poor response and after this I call to Mahindra and Mahindra cst care and your cst care conf with sant auto zone service GM and after this he send the tech. and tech say iam not repairv this vehicle at the spot so I take this to my workshop and commit with me Sant auto zone pick and drop your vehicle at your residence.

And today Sant auto zone call to me and he talk with me very rurely and say pick your vehicle from sant auto zone ang give 1000rs charges.

I am also call to many time M&M costumer care but cst care do not give any response .

i took interest in the capital via company i wanted to trade and get some market knowledge based o their fake knowledge and promise i paid 40000 rupees fees for their services before joining itself once we pay this company has no responsibility towards customer they keep on rolling the customer its the worst company made my life hel.Please register a complaint against this company and please make them to refund my money as these are my hardwork money we make lots of effort to gain money not to give such fraud companies please help me to take my money back.i am not that financial strong to have such losses i managed to invest 40000 more and they played with my money and gave me wrong knowledge where i lost 30000 loss.I was fool to trust this company i request you to please make them to give back my money.

My videocon D2H ID is 187235500, its not working for more than 10 days,
after that i tried to made call to thier customer care no 07355873558, everyday i tried to make a call for more than 50times per day, but no response on that customer care number, i never ever seen such a worst response customer care in the world,
totally videocon products are such a waste peoducts not even working for more than one month (previously air conditioner hust worked for 6 month and throughed in dust bin now d2h)
please advice them to give quality products to customer, should not cheat their customer, very very worst products in india,

This is very miserable that one of the tenant from the Chawl strikes our door at night 12 O’clock and was threatening to beat us.
He was forced to his home by Chawl members. He was also in drunken state.
We tried to tell the matter to our house owner but he was out of station.
But if such thing happen in future who will be responsible for such things. Please do the needful. I have got my small child.
