Scam or fraud: Amazon India — Incompetence of customer service

Complaint Details:
On 01.12.2016 is when i saw a product ‘ Paws for a cause printed stainless steel anti skid food bowl Red-1600 MI’ sold by pet world. which is a food bowl for my beloved pet and ordered for it by paying money online. This costed me 178.92 rupees due to some offer. On 07.12.2016 when I called customer care seeking for help where they informed me that the order got cancelled by the seller due to out of stock and the refund has been initiated.

They asked me to place an other order by assuring me that i will get my product and credited 50 rupees for the inconvenience caused.

Then when i checked for the bowl again on 15.12.2016, the price was way to high but however I wanted the bowl I placed the order again. This also got cancelled without my intimation on 20.12.2016 singing the same old song.

PS: When the cancellation happened for the first time, I clearly mentioned to a customer service agent that if the order goes cancelled again, then I would like the product to be free as it is not my problem and the agent AGREED for the same.

When I called the customer care I spoke with many agents like pradeep, joe etc who assured that this will be escalated to the leadership team and finally when I called back, I was transferred to a useless female called Poonam from leadership team who took all my order details and hung up the call which is awful.

Amazon being a customer centric company I spoke to many associates having a hope that they will resolve my issue but all they spoke was ‘I am sorry i will give you 100 rupees for the inconvenience caused!!!

I mean i am not begging for the money! I am asking for justice. To get a product I had to wait for a month and they just hung up on me when i am talking over the call!

SUCH A SHAME! Please someone do he needful.

Complaint Details:
Placed an order for laptop on 28th November. Item was shipped by seller on 1st December. Delivery deadline was 10th December. Product couldn’t be tracked online and neither seller nor ebay helped me in tracking the item. When wasn’t delivered by 10th, I claimed for refund. However, 3 days after deadline, i.e on 13th December, product was delivered. It wasn’t the same product I ordered. It was an older model with inferior specifications and that too a faulty one. SO SELLER DELIVERED AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT, 3 DAYS AFTER DEADLINE AND THAT TOO A FAULTY ONE (NO POWER ISSUE). Complained to grievance department. Was asked to ship back the item myself and was assured that shipping charges will be reimbursed and paid amount will be refunded once the product is delivered to seller. Shipped back the item on 14th December, delivered to seller on 16th December. Neither shipping charged reimbursed yet nor my money refunded.

I transfer money from my oxigen wallet to bank account. it show transaction failure but money is detected from my oxigen wallet.i try mony time to call oxigen wallet custmer care but not able to contact. i transfer money Rs400 +Rs12(surcharge @ of 3%) on 11/12/2016 showing transaction failed (tarnsaction id 82478771011481407915) on bank of sbi account but money is detected from my oxigen wallet account and not transfer to bank account niether refund. please solve this problem

I have purchase d mobile from ezone Indore.. But new packed mobile having a lots of issues. I tried to submit complain in Indore ezone store but always they are giving me same phone with issues.. I am not very disappointed by ezone support .. Please provide me useful support or return it.. I can’t go again and again for same issue 🙁 .. I hope u will give me positive support and reply…

I am Amitesh and I get tortured by the payment system of tikona.I have already paid Rs1686 in month of august for my billing period of month april and may. In the month of june i already requested tikona to terminate my connection. Again in the month of august i requested them to terminate my connection and told them that i have already paid the final bill of rs 1686. Again in the month of September tikona send me the bill amount and after this once again i reminded them that i have already requested tikona to terminate my connection. Instead of replying my message tikona again send me the bill amount of rs 1689 in the month of October and now they are forcing me to pay the bill. I am a student and this is my exam time and due to tikona i am not able to concentrate on my study. Kindly look into my matter and resolve this as soon as possible.

Sudden my Mahindra BMTP was not start.
My BMTC was HYP.by..BANK OK INDIA.
The Breckdown previous 5 days…
Aftet 5 days…the car was start…but mahindra service manager called the engin fuel pum was spoil. And he say that problem increse for Water from fuel tank.
Sir, i m not fill water with oil.
This problem is not only with my car .this problem is every mahindra bmtp. SENSER SYSTEM. is a falier system.and a imprtant thing the fuel pump was not recycle.. and its new price is 22400 in your showroom…

After filling online form for conversion of my driving license to smart card driving license, I went to rto office DURG, but there’s no one to tell what to do where to do, only agents are working there,

That’s why again I have to hire a agent to do my work and giving them 400 Rs extra.

That’s so poor facility that government provide for common people who are using online facility.

Like others complain for non calling of this number I have never called on this number but shocked by receiving call for 90+ minutes call and charges Rs.1260/- please note that at that time credit limit was Rs.500/- it’s Shaw’s clearly wrong transaction . Then they suspended my services from same day 15.08.2016 but continue to increase credit limit without consulting to me and continue to generate invoices.

i purchase regular exide battery in cuttack every year 25-30 battery. because my company 30 tata trailer are regular uses.so that my company prefer to purchase regular exide battery .The battery SR NO-A315E006660 date 01 Dec 2015.
sir this battery are regularly complain .the dealer are patch work are carred out and the warranty period are intensely over warranty. After that the dealer finally declared that the battery damaged. The dealer are duplicate exide battery manufacturing and sales in market .my company are two battery found and the dealer are changed it immediately. The duplicate battery are sales the dealer. so that please take action the matter immediately and get a appropriate solution about the matter.
