Dear Sir,

I’ve placed an order on you vide Order ID: 15972971811, Dabur Honey 1 kg with Free 250 g honey Rs.1029. which was delivered in leak & damage condition which has been mentioned in delivery note too.

It was discussed twice with Rakesh Kumar who has given the confirmation for return of money but it was observed that
No concrete action has been even after his confirmation.

It is regretted to inform that no concrete action has been taken
as Co-founder & CEO of SNAPDEAL from your end the undersigned expect a positive response from you as a Co-founder & CEO of SNAPDEAL

It is regretted to inform you that no telephone is used to call me but same caption pasted again and again befooling the customer by not giving the mobile number or landline to call the undersigned. It shows the bad intention of the snapdeal
but if needed the case may admitted to consumer court by not settling down the issue amicably& cost of the expenditure incurred by the undersigned would be born by the managing director of the Snapdeal. Pl note.

Please note the undersigned has discussed the issue with Sharma who has assured me to settle issue within 24 hours by sending representative discussed on 08-11-2016 at 9.30 PM
But it appears no action has been taken till 09-11-2016 at 7.00
Inspite confirmation for exchange the package. It is clear cut of fraud on part of snapdeal by not settling the dispute in good spirite. If no timely action been taken on your part tends to legal opportunities

The undersigned would like to request you either replaced
the Dabur Honey 1 kg with Free 250 g honey Rs.1029 delivered in broken condition or return my money to my account. and arrange to take back the broken bottles immediately and photo of the
broken honey bottle Dabur Honey 1 kg with Free 250 g honey
is enclosed. You are requested to collect immediate the broken honey bottle Dabur Honey 1 kg with Free 250 g honey. It is infact a cheating to the customer by sending such broken honey bottle Dabur Honey 1 kg with Free 250 g honey. The undersigned has
very bitter experience. Give detail of your Bansal MD with MB so that the undersigned directly contact with him.

Please do the early action by collecting broken bottle of Dabur Honey immediate on your part. but it is seen no action has been initiated at your end shows the how much concern about the customer by cheating and after response the action has not been taken. sothat the undersigned should not have further embarrassment.

I have ordered MI in ear phone basic black on 7th December but that order was automatically cancelled without my consent and when confronted the company they denied their action.
So i reordered the same on 21st December but again the same order was cancelled without my knowledge.
This is getting worse now.
They are not giving the reason for the issue.

So many days have passed I have not received my shoes earlier they said it is on priority for dispatch but haven’t dispatched yet it’s been more than 21 days yet no delivery I am very disappointed with this site I just want my product and to get it over with will never make a mistake of ordering again.

now how can I get such big amount as demonatisation is continue.

I am a consumer of PNB Bank and i made a online payment through my debit card in amazon.in and after that I returned the same. So the ecompany sent me the refund reference code and told the same amount will reflect on or before 20.12.16. But still the cash has not been credited to my bank a/c. and after this I called the Pnb customer care but unfortunately they can’t solve it and very rude to consumers.
