Dear sir, I have bought Samsung J7 prime on 21.12.16 and on the very next day I have found that my phone restarted thrice while using camera, phone call and also sometimes while charging. I went to the Service centre which is situated at Devghar, Jharkhand and they have updated the software and again while using camera the phone restarted in front of the worker of Samsung care. He received again to make it as D.O.A
But after 2 hours he called me to receive the phone. He said within 2 hours the phone has not restarted. So there is no problem. But yesterday when I got the phone after 2 hours again the phone restarted. So please change this phone. I know there will be problem in future. So Please replace it.

I cancelled ticket as per ID NN7303014101919 on 02.12.2016 in the name of Manu Dogra from Chandigarh to Sharjah & return and amount was transferred to wallet due to pressing the “transfer to wallet ” key by me erroneously.
I have no plan of booking any flight or your other offers.I wish to transfer the amount of Rs.17024/- to the same saving account from which it was paid.Kindly help me.

Unlock trading co. has assured 12% pm return through its website and also over phone by Mr.Mukesh. Rs.50000 was invested in July 2016 for trading in commodity market. Within a month there was loss of 20000. I wanted to withdraw and he assured that loss will be recouped within 30 days. He also assured that he will compensate the loss. Within two months there is 100% loss. Afterwards he has not compensated the loss. When you contact him he will say that he is in hospital. Recently he has told that he is in debt and required some time. So please do not believe him and his company . They are cheat.

I had cancelled a order in myntra beacuse of the customer care suggestion and they had asked to return me the money in 7-10 days but it has been more then 12 days but the money is not refunded still and they are saying that its my fault amd money is refunded to me but it is not true and i am providing a proof for it in form of the picture uploaded below.

I have been using Readylink in Coimbatore area. Their customer support is very poor. Their internet service is kind of prepaid. There will be a due date on every month before which we have to pay the internet bill. The due date for me is the starting date of my connection. If we do not pay on that particular date the internet connection will be automatically shutoff.
What really happened to me was, I paid the bill through credit card. But my internet connection was cutoff on the due date. When I called the support they said your bill is not paid. I told them I have paid through credit card. They said the payment might not have been successful. So I waited for fewdays and called my credit card company. They said the payment was successful. Again I called Readylink to convey that the payment went through. They again said it is not reflecting in our system.
It has been almost 20 days and there is no reply from them and I also do not have the internet connection. When ever I call them they do not respond properly. More than 1000 Rupees was charged to my credit card and I do not have internet. Readylink says they do not have any option to check from their side.
I doubt that their bill payment system is good.

Because we have selected the wrong day and wrong date by mistake so we are requesting to cancel my ticket & please refund my money to my justticket wallet as early as possible .Tickets booked in Rajdhani theatre and the ticket number are b12 b13 b14 b15 so please refund the amount kindly do needful.Actually before I am using book my show app but one of my friend referred justicket & he said service is good that’s why I am using justicket actually this is my second booking in this app so I am expecting my money will refund to my wallet.

Hi,

I have ordered Apple I watch & Fossil watch cost of 24.5K on flipkart sale day (18th to 21st). I have placed order by using my debit card. After 2 days of order confirmation Flipkart cancelled my order without any reason. Also they didn’t notified me while cancelling the order.

When I checked with Flipkart customer executive they are not responding properly and saying that problem with seller.I want my order and don’t want any refund.

Initially, I went for cashless treatment, and it got a query was which was answered by Doctor/Hospital and by late evening it was approved.
But Hospital had already given the discharge summary, and if I had stayed for more they would have charged again and a new discharge summary was to be issued(as per hospital billing). So, I paid the bill and applied for later
reimbursement.

First they asked a query – Why the patient was admitted as the treatment could have been done on OPD basis. Doctor/Hospital answered that as the patient had severe anemia and required blood transfusion immediately so need to be admitted.

But, now after one month of applying for reimbursement, I get the email that the claim has been denied.

Reason for denial:

On scrutiny of claim documents, it is found that patient Kamla Devi received conservative treatment (Blood transfusion) for the condition of severe anemia, RA and osteoporosis, patient was admitted primarily for anemia,
confirmed in query reply provided by hospital. As anaemia is not payable as per current policy terms and conditions, claim stands denied. We regret our inability to process the claim.Since the claim does not fall within the purview of the Policy terms & conditions, we regret our inability to admit the claim. If you have any other information or documents to substantiate admissibility of the claim, please provide the same within 15 days of receipt of this email/letter.

When it was approved while cashless, how come the same can be problematic later, as the treatment was same. While the patient was admitted they even visited hospital to check and gave a “get well soon card”, and now at the end claim denied, In-spite of paying for this medical insurance for many many years for four people, this is what one get when the need arises. What a shameless act of deceiving people.

I had almost completed my shopping and had left the trolley near the wow momo section for around 15-20 minutes to go upstairs and checkout the items there. By the time I was back my trolley was missing and the staff could not help in tracking it. Bangalore, kundalahalli hypercity. I had spent nearly an hour shopping and the staff was unable to help me trace the trolley . Totally unacceptable.
