Complaint Details:
I have done booking from Advaith vasanthnagar(grand i10) and withing 6 hrs of booking time, due to personal reasons i have done cancellation of booking.
When i book the car the sales guy walked in to my house and took my cheque, that point of time i don’t know cancellation charges since he didn’t give me receipt for the cheque. Next day early morning 8.30 AM he came to my house with receipt for the receipt, that time he given me invoice.But before that i have told him regarding my cancellation.
When i have done the cancellation of booking, the cheque was with Advaith so i have requested sale rep(Rakesh) from Vansanthnagar showroom not to deposit my cheque, he said your cheque will not be deposited they will tearit off but that day night i got the message saying that money was deducted from my account.
From that day(12 Dec) my bad days started and i keeps on requesting advaith showroom regarding refund of amount.Till today i didn’t receive single reply from showroom.
Whenever i called to the sales person he always say that, you will get full amount as refund.
After 12 days of struggle from showroom today suddenly i have received the money in which they deducted 3000/- as cancellation.
This makes me so much disappointment after waiting this many number of days .
The worst part here is whenever i call sales-rep, he always say that you will get whole booking amount but advaith finally deducted my money.
I am not able to digest this situation.
Requesting you please help me in refund of my cancellation charges.

My Vento JH05P-5299 has been sent by Tata Steel for minor working since last 50 days. There was an sms about 15-20 days that car is make ok. Earlier payments from Tata Steel to Volswagen Ranchi are all cleared but now Mr.Sudhir Ojha of service centre Ranchi is not responding and holding back my car. I have 2 issue face.
I was transferred balance to my wallet through boi bank debit card . Initially it show transactions declined and I was trying two times . Few minutes later I got message from bank that both times cut off from my account Total Rs. 8400/-.

I have successfully added money in my wallet Rs. 4200 & than i press button (return to bank) so my money debited in my wallet but not created in my account ineed total Rs. 8400/- So please take strong action against it.

I wish to inform you that i have not received an important document sent thru ur courier, a call from ur manager of trackon mr manoj who was very rude & unprofessional said that they cannot deliver my letter since it does not fall in their jurisdiction, he also mentioned that he had requested your head office not to send any packages for delivery at kherwadi (bandra east) but your office is not complying to his problem. hence he said he returned my document back to consignor i.e MIRAAJ CINEMA

I’m holding and current account in canara bank, Begur branch 1667, couple of cheque have been returned pass a week, when asked to hand over the cheque the manager talks rudely n asked me close the account.
She is not at all giving me a proper reason.
Many a time I have requested for the returned cheque but she runs away from this matter.
I wrote a letter against this but she refuse to accept it.
The manager of canara bank, Begur branch is involved in some illegal transactions, so she always run away from small issues.

I request the govt officials to sticky enquirer this canara bank, Begur branch, surely they will be guilty.

Book my bai .com a big scam!!! For once I trusted an online maid service. But it turned out to be the biggest scam…obviously testimonials are a lie and one more way for the person who masterminded it to make money dishonestly ??? they took the registration fee rs 1000/- which I paid by credit card. Despite the site saying I could shortlist maids after paying up. It was not possible…then spoke to their Rep Manoj who promised to get back within -a day or two but not done.
Now he demanding my a/ c no online to refund …why would he not refund it on my credit card as all vendors do when that is the mode of payment.

Scamming seems to have become a way of life with online sites …how can we become digital India when we have people like book my bai .com

Complaint Details:
I have booked helicopter trip to Maa Vaishnodevi from Katra. I have booked worth of 02 no tickets.
But due to bad weather, The trip was cancelled by Company. & Stamped on my booking for eligble to refund full amount.
So i have reverted with same documents & asked for refund to Travel Vacanza. also i have submitted full proofs & Supporting documents for refund to booking office of travel vacanza. But initially they asked me to wait for 45 days. I waited but no refund. Then after i am inquirying every week. Sometimes they saying it will credit by saturday sometimes they says the board is not issuing refund & etc…
Its been almost 4 months of booking. Now i got it as a absolute fraud of online booking.
So i would like to complain.
