I am using Paytm for cashless facility. I have deposited Rs.1000 in my account and used wallet for shopping purpose.The left balance was Rs.611 till 17 December 2016.After that date i wanted to use this facility for payment and logged in that account but paytm asked insert password and details.I entered all details but immediately all money vanished from my account and i was really surprised.From that day the said balance has not transferred to my account. I am sanjiv sharma and i would like to complain about the amount money that hasen’t been refunded to me of the cancelled ticket, the refundable amount is 5100 and the ticket was cancelled 23-12-2016 and i haven’t recieved my money as yet i had asked my bank about the refunded money so he said that he hasn’t recieved the money .So i would like to request to refund my money as soon as possible.

Complaint Details:
I brought my motorcycle for servicing at Shaurya Automobiles Gr.Noida for servicing today. Eventhoygh their mechanic and washerman is free.The employees at this bad service centre not giving any attention to my request for get serviced my motor cycle.I have waited for 45 minutes now, but even the washing has not started. All the staafs here are just a stuff of un educated people.
Pl.train them properly.

Complaint Details:
I was issued my credit card from icici bank which was to be delivered through Blue dart. After waiting for a few days, I called at blue dart office, requested to send me my card asap. But no response. rather I was told that their executive attempted to deliver but couldn’t locate my house. I wonder at least he could have called me if he was not able to find my location. Again I called them to deliver and requested that the executive call me when coming. But again he didn’t make any call nor deliver it. I am sure they didn’t even make any attempt. eventually I had to go to their office to collect it.
Another disappointment, when my credit card statement was to be delivered on time, I waited for so many days. Later I get a message saying it has been delivered to Mr Anshul…Now who is this anshul I don’t know. Can’t they even call and confirm if it has been delivered to right person. I am extremely frustrated with your services.
Apart from this I have tried many times calling office but no ones takes calls also. It feels like they just don’t bother about customers at all.
I am talking about blue dart branch in Ganpati plaza, M I Road, Jaipur

Hello Team,

Shell petrol pump located in Kharadi magarpata road i.e Mundhva area.
Are not accepting card payment from last 3 week, every time they are giving excuse link is down or machine is not working, last week after having heated conversion with petrol pump manager we ask to try first machine is working or not and in first try we got successful payment and after word is start working.
Now this week they are straight away telling people machine is not with us we send all payment machine outside pump station you have to pay by cash.

Hi, this is mithun from chennai..my mobile number is 8144488882 .I have ported aircel to airtel before 3 months paying all the dues and consulting the customer care. Now they are telling I have rs 108 due from my side and telling they will issue legal notice against me . I hav paid all the dues but still they are calling daily and threatening me. I don’t know what to do with legal notice. Please look into this matter and solve this.

I made a web order in kfc, order no. is 0122-2434993 (placed on 07-12-2016 20:36:33). I paid amount by Paytm and the amount got deducted from Paytm account. But KFC says they have not received and denied my order.
I raised a ticket with Paytm – 12521840 for the transaction (Paid for OrderSapphire Order #1932D71256Paytm Cash Txn ID 43310286812016-12-07 09:18:41 PM)

No response from Paytm for this. I have stopped using Paytm after this.
