I am using tata sky since last months now, as a forcible option as had heard about their service and now have been personally facing it.

I have subscribed for the package which gives me all the HD channels by paying Rs. 735/- every month and not able to view all the HD channels, for eg. SAB HD, Travel HP HD, Nat GEO HD and when I call the customer care they tell me that it is because my set top box is not under warranty and other nonsenses talks so I will have to pay Rs. 200/- to the engineer who will visit me, which is really not done for the service which is not properly being provided by them why should I pay it.

Videocon D2H is the best, use it in my other house and have the best of service till date. Can someone help me with my query without anty further delay, or should I keep on addressing my issues hereon.

I received a call from number 82720 00984 he said he was speaking from red chief distributor office and told me that I was a lucky customer and won a smartphone and asked about my details and address. Is it a genuine call or spam.
He said he is calling from Uttar Pradesh
He asked me to buy a kit worth ₹7000/- with which a smartphone worth 16000/- would be gifted

I have placed order on Dec 06, 16 and expected Dispatched date was Dec 22, 16 from Delhi as mentioned on tracking chart and when i logged for checking Dispatch status, it says ‘Your order is undergoing Custom Clearance in New Delhi.” and “Delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances. Your order is pending with Indian Customs at the Delhi International Airport. We are in the process of clearing the shipment on your behalf. This can take 2-5 working days depending on various parameters. Please note that there is no additional cost as customs clearance is a free service provided by Miracas International. ”

dose is make sense and no one receiving call at customer care

Complaint Details:
I bought Moto G4 on 17/10/2016 from Amazon and the device stopped working after 10 days. Gave the handset to a Motorola Service Center on 28/11/2016 and they told that the mother board of the device needs to be changed and will be done in 15-20 days.

Till date there is no response from the service center and when I called them (Today: 27/12/2016) they told it will take 15-20 days more.

NOT sure do they really care about the customers or they are just focusing on selling the product even the faulty ones.

I, Azeem Sha, went to Vasan Eye Care hospital at Kottayam, Kerala at 12:30, my eyes were diagnosed by the staff and they asked me to wait to see the doctor, even after waiting for two and a half hour, I was not able to meet the doctor, when inquired the staff at counter said, they will inform me when I can meet doctor. After half an hour I again asked the staff at the counter, then they informed me that, the doctor went to the operation theater . I said them that they should have informed me earlier, which went to deaf ears. I think that, there is no value for time at Vasan. I will never go to Vasan again. Those who value time should never go. The staff up there does not know how to behave.

Complaint Details:
I brought Ford Figo diesel car top model in October 2011, car was in good condition with good mileage as well but suddenly since yesterday I am facing issue with car jerking and information icon blinking with yellow indicator below kms display.
I contacted Ford service center where they have detected the problem with fuel indicator which cost 18000.rs..

Please suggest me what should be done. I can see lot of complaints in this regards and if ford company is not fitting good condition parts during manufacturing it is really a very big issue..
