This is the worst company i have ever seen. show something in their advertising site and deliver something, in fact for their false delivery you have to pay. I have ordered 5 casual shirts with ordered no. S802070673 but what i received is just not expected (the images of their advertisement and the order they delivered in added below.)
And again for one of my order of five branded jeans they did the same. the order number is. S802074998 where the size of the pants were 36, but they delivered me sizes with 44, 42 etc. in fact one of the pant was torn. and yes the pants were very much different as per their advertisement. (the images of their advertisement and the order they delivered in added below.)

Despite of all their such kindness they don’t attend your calls, Put it in block list, Don’t answer the emails properly. and yes for their trouble we have to courier their defective pieces to them with our money. first pay to get the delivery and again pay to send them back such delivery. returning of the defective pants cost me Rs. 414 so whose gonna pay it ?
Strict actions should be taken against such types of companies.

I have placed order for 3 items by paying Rs. 6230 through my debit card via ICICI Payseal Standard. I have furnished all the details to
1. Mahender ( your executive )
2. Rajesh ( your executive who sent email enquiring into which account I paid ). Debit card payment has transaction ID of the bank payment.
I have already provided the screenshots of bank transaction ID, and also the Lords Company portal that showed the completion of payment. So far there’s no information/confirmation regarding the delivery of the items. Please do respond immediately.

I have booked my rail ticket from SBI buddy wallet on 24-12-2016 .ticket has been generated but ticket amount of rupees 3040 was received as refund from SBI IRCTC Market place.TID 3597278332.During the booking of rail ticket initially The amount of rupees 3040 had been paid to SBI IRCTC market for TID 3597233784 but after the booking of irctc rail ticket the amount of rupees 3040 was refund from SBI IRCTC in my SBI buddy wallet.This amount may be adjust for my rail ticket price booked as PNR Nu. 6559831596 from my SBI buddy wallet.

I ordered 3 items from amazon and choose to pay in 3 EMI’S. One of the Amazon seller was not able to deliver the goods and initiated a refund. Now amazon has charged the total amount in one go. They state that if a refund is initiated the EMI’s get cancelled.
It is not my fault that one of their seller was not able to provide with the goods. Why are customer’s getting penalized. This is a wrong n dis-satisfactory. I want to mark a formal complaint against amazon India.

I purchased samsung premium handset galaxy s7 edge on 10th september. After using heating, hanging and pink screen problem arrised. When I visited samsung okhla service centre on 20th december 2016 they checked it and said me the motherboard is faulty. After checking it more samsung executive told me the camera is also faulty, so the motherboard and camera has to replaced. I submitted the handset to service centre and they given my handset back on 24th december 2016 with assurance that your handset will now work properly. But when I reached my home in late evening and started using it then the same problem of hanging arrised. I was frustuated because I paid 50k to buy samsung handset and this type of service is provided by samsung to their high end device customers. On 26th december 2016 I again went to service centre to saught out the problem with my device and after telling the issue to samsung lady executive she now said the screen is also to be changed because it has a manufacturing defect. I was totally dejected because its been 3 months and all the main parts of my handset has to be changed . I was criticing why I trusted samsung, the worst experience ever. I also made a online complaint to them with complaint no:-8438609161 where samsung customer care executive talked to samsung okhla service centre manager Mr Ramandeep singh regarding the issue of my device where Mr Ramandeep singh mentioned him that service centre has kept my device for upto 4 days and after testing the device it has been returned to customer. So, I just want you to raise my voice so that other peaple would not be cheated by this fraud company.
Please revert me as soon as possible as I am waitting for your positive feedback.
