Complaint Details:
I went today (27.12.16) to divine auto source Pvt ltd for second free service of my maestro edge. At the time of billing, he forcefully took forth free service coupon instead of second. When I resisted, he starts talking in a very bad manner and also warned me not to do billing today if I will say anything. Though I was late for second service as per service booklet record, but even as per company rules, he can ask for third service coupon and not for forth one. This kind of response from a hero authorised service centre is never expected.

I want you to take strict action against this dealer and I also want one free service coupon which he had taken forcefully.

Scam or fraud: Bank Of Baroda — Asking for money to open the Jan Dhan Yojana Account

Sir,
The bank officials at Bank of Baroda, B. T. Road Branch. Address 3476, B. T. Road, Kolkata 700090. is asking Rs. 1000 to open the Jan Dhan Yojana Account. They are saying that if I don’t deposit Rs. 1000 thay will not open the account. But as far as I know that Jan Dhan Yojana Account does not need money to open the account, because opening such account is free. Please help me in this matter. If at all the bord requires any proof I can even record a video of it but recording video in the bank premises is not allowed.

My one plus 3 stopped working in 5 months of purchase and i have a guarantee on purchase. The phone was picked up by one agency for repairs but are asking 25000/- for repair as they said the main board is faulty due to some liquid gone inside which is totally false as the phone stopped working while i called someone while it was charging. I lodged the complaint complaint id 1470000 and after lot of follow up was asked to handover the phone to another repair agency at nehru place in delhi and it will be done. However after calling them today i was asked to deposit 18000/- to get the same repaired as this will not be approved. I have big doubts on the credibility of the repair centres as i am cheated twice
I am really fed up with this company as there is very poor service and even doubt the product quality a big question mark

30 days delay in replacement of new led tv klv-43w752D. Display of my ex 41 was spoilt. as display for the old model has been stopped, Sony service center of davangere karnataka has taken dd of 21205 rs for replacement n there has been very much delay with inconvenience.
I here by request to kindly look into the matter seriously. No customer and service provider rapport is maintained in this centre

My name is Pavan, I have been trying to recharge my number 9582147022 online from the past 5 days, But the number won’t recharge. A message saying “recharge declined by operator” simply displays on the screen. Transaction is successful from the banks side, but the operator (vodafone) is continuously declining it. My sister had booked a Uber cab on 26/12/16 from pratap nagar sanganer jaipurto durgapura railway station jaipur .Me along with my dad started our journey at 9 PM and reached railway station at 9:25 PM.While I was doing payment I kept my mobile on seat and forget to collect it.I realised after 3-4 min that I forget my mobile phone.Later I called the driver and he said he is not having my cellphone..Details of phone – Moto G Plus, 4th generation(white, 16 GB), Model no.
