Hello,
Professional courier.. Delivery boys always complain saying the have to register at security gate ..And most of the times they don’t deliver .To apartment.always give some reasons and even they have fought with security head at my apartment..Saying they don’t want to enter any name in guest register book.

I have lost many couriers because of this.

Requesting you to look into this issue.

They delivery boys are very rude too.

Hope this will be sliced..And they deliver couriers properly.

Complaint Details:
I had ordered breakfast in a restaurant and did my payment through Paytm, the order was not placed but my amount of Rs 124/- got deducted twice which was on 19th of December. Then on 25th of December and on 26th of December I tried to update my Paytm wallet with Rs 250 each time, the amount got deducted from my account but my wallet isn’t updated till yet.. tired of calling on the helpline number, my total amount that needs to be refunded is almost Rs 750.

I have buy xiaomi redmi note 3 1st Dec and we have got damage piece that time we have told to delivery boy he told me that company give us replacement piece in 2 days only call on costumer care . After that we have done a lots of call in call center they will never give us proper reply and every time they told me wait for some time we will get back to u … but till date we did not get my replacement phone …
Company make us fool every time . At last we are going to consumer from in this week .

I would like to complain for deducting my talk time balance from 324/- to 146/- without any reason. I visited your paradise circle, Secunderabad outlet, but I am completely dissatisfied with the service. I have not received any complaint registration message till now as told to me by your outlet member. I need to switch to other network if problem not resolved

Never use Airtel in your life. They promise so many things but fail in each of them. Very poor services and networks. I had ported my number in Airtel after watching their advertisements in search of better network and services.
But from day one, I was not able to receive calls from anyone nor able to make.
And their 4g data is even slower than 2g. I complained about this to their customer care center and they said it is temporary, once the towers would setup in your are situation will get better. But I waited 3 months but nothing happend but situation got worse. I made such complaints 4 or 5 times but they never tried to solve my issue.
This is not the only problem with them. They have also cheated me many times. They always put extra charges in their bills. Without my permission they used to subscribe my number under VAS services. I had never asked for any dialer tone, bollywood news and so on but they charged me many time for this. Even after porting from airtel they are keeping on sending fake bills.

Guys never use airtel. Instead of this IDEA, VODAFONE, JIO are much better option. I am going to complaint about them several places, even i am going to TRI. They have irritated me a lot. This company will shut down soon.

Hi, I have purchased few clothes on Sunday and faced the payment issue where the mobiquick information was not availed during the payment. When raised this concern to line managers they agreed with their internal staff missed to provide the information after that no other alternatives was not provided to satisfy their customer. They should always stick to their motto ” Customer Satisfaction”

Kindly to the needful with providing other alternatives.
