i am dated 27/10/2016 time of 9:00to10:00 this time i am one transaction of my postpaid mo number bill payment of 1120 rupees so this time my account under 1119+1rupees my paytm wallet deducted som time recharge failed and 1 repees back my wallet but my 1119 not back so i want my 1119rupees i was 3 month time but not back my rs so please back my rs. next time i am not use paytm service i am not satisfied. in your paytm service.

i had made a payement of 3500 on a shp using paytm. that transaction was cancelled so i send my wallet money to my account. now more than a week has passed and yet my money is not credited in my account. kindly let me know the cause of this delay.

Three reminders are given but no answer.

Ratnadeep Raj Bhavan Road Somajiguda. Hyderabad

I visited your store on 15 or 16 December 2016 and bought some articles and went for the billing. I gave Rs.2 000/= to Mr. Anil Kumar.M. and he asked for a card which did not have so he put the things back on the shelf. I asked

the Manager Mr.Rajesh Dey and he too said that nothing can be done.

I have felt deeply insulted and request you let me know what should be done?
