On 16 Dec 2016 I went with family for dinner at Haldirams Planet food located at Utkhana Road. I used my Debit card to pay bill. They swiped my ICICI debit card for 1
I got instant message that money deducted from account however cashier told transaction is not complete as receipt is not generated. They told me that I will get my money back in account and ask to pay cash. I paid cash however till now I haven’t received money back in my account. I have raised service request with ICICI but still no reply. Below is transaction.
I am NRI and how pathetic is our digital payment system where one has to fight for his own money. Still ICICI is most advance but still they lack customer service in this regard. I am still following up with Bank and Haldiram to get money back. 1171 Rs is not any loss for me but I am afraid now to do any big digital transaction in poorly managed banking and digital payment system. In USA if you dont agree with payment then you can file dispute and we will get money refund back in 24 hours. Here you need to wait
days still with no assurance 🙁

This in regards to my visit at your service center on 14/12/2016 which is my second service after the purchase of vehicle.
As per the service book the due date was

The service advisir informed the service would be chargable and not a free service. I requested the advisor the i am a working personal which is why that is not easy for me to provide my vehicle at the service date which had passed.
I was charged for the first service which was done on 04/08/2016 for mere 67kms. I had purchased the vehicle on
This was also charged which is supposed to be free and was charged unnesseraily to me.
Since the vehicle has a problem in the rear wheel there is a noise for which i had informed the advisor which is not rectified till date.
The vehicle has a problem of running towards the right side for which i had informed to the advisor still the problem persist and had not been rectified by the service center.
I further complain that the service provided by your service center is not a standard and sub standard services which is not upto the mark.
If this is the standard of service center then it is better to move to more convenient and customer oriented place for service after making a payment.
I would better not recommend to any of my family or frienfs to purchase a SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE INDIA PVT.LTD.

AirIndia’s station manager at Sydney’s Kingsford Smith Airport is such an ill-mannered, and rude person. His name is Arpan Saniyal. He behaves totally unethical and offensive. He portrays very negative image of the our motherland to all Australians. He must be replaced and sent back where he belongs, definitely not Australia. He literally harasses the passengers waiting for the boarding pass. Airlines is really good but surprisingly he insults passengers at airport like it is his very own private jet !! It is requested to replace him or take a strict action against him. Thanks.
