Myself dipak c patel holds a credit card with icici bank xxxx xxxx xxxx 1018.
I received a call from +91 – 9136708812 said it’s from icici credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials. This belongs to sistema shyam teleservices from delhi as per truecaller app.
3 fraudulent transactions are made on credit card as below :
1. Inr 19, 950.00 at paytm mobile solutions (December 28, 2016)
2. Inr 9, 985.00 at paytm mobile solutions (December 28, 2016)
3. Inr 9, 985.00 at udio (December 28, 2016).
Number from which call came was
I need your assistance please in getting above transactions declined as i confirm them to done without my intention to pay.

P.S.: IN WARANTY PERIOD, SAMSUNG REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE OF MOBILE WITH NO CHARGES, We are suffering physical and mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of SAMSUNG, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously, otherwise I will compelled to forward this matter to CONSUMER COURT for vindication of my right.

Madam,

Followings discrepancies have been found in the services of SAMSUNG:-

1.Personally visit by VERY SENIOR CITIZEN walked from a long distance in this winter season on dated 05/12/16 at HCL – Janak Puri service centre, they refused to service the set under the warranty period to solve the problem in software which was already informed to Ms.Parmila on the same day.

2. Call received on 06/12/16 by Mr. Anil and Ms. Parmila from the company on dated 07/12/2016 for again visit to service centre on assurance that matter will be positively re-solve on getting the approval from the MANAGEMENT, the same old person again visited on 07/12/16 for submit the set at service centre.

3.Regret to inform you that Ms. Parmila told on 07/12/2016 that we will pay the charges for repair the set which is in the guarantee period. Its a matter of very shame that there is no changes in Ms. Parmila statement, same as earlier, why?

So, solve the pending matter for repair of my mobile WITHOUT ANY CHARGES.

P.S.: We are suffering physical and mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of SAMSUNG, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously, otherwise I will compelled to forward this matter to higher authorities for vindication of my right.

My SBI ATM card is not yet received. I have filed a complaint to concern SBI Branch and District Post Office, but they asked me to produce my Speed Post No., so that they might be able to track down the ATM card. Wonder ! How should I know the Speed Post Number from an unknown/unfamiliar sender ? After all, I still don’t know which farm or company is responsible for the dispatchment of SBI ATM card. Need help.

Complaint Details:
I have bought 4 New Tyres from MRF dealer in Visakhapatnam for my Fiat Linea car. Since the Tyres were installed, have observed Irritating noise is building.
I taught it could be issue with my Car Bearing and got it replaced with New Bearing which costed 6000 rs… But its resulted waste of money. Then I got it checked with other set of Tyres, which resulted no noise and all 4 Tyres were tested and found to be faulty.
Fiat Dealer has checked the above and given written statement that their is no fault with Car, but its the problem with Tyres.
Kindly look into issue and arrange for replacement of all 4 Tyres or Refund money .

Dear sir,
My car varito regi no rj 14 cm 9571 was sent to your service center auto world sitapura, jaipur, rajasthan on date 20 dec 2016. It was for routine service along some problem in steering. Service adviser communicated regarding steering problem that steering pipe has been leaked and same need to be replaced. He gave me estimate of 20000 rs. I refused for it because of previous bad experience at same service center. I took second opinion from another centre and he said that steering pipe is functioning well and there was no leak from pipe. There was another problem which was rectified with in 1000 rs. Now steering working well. This incident gave me really bad taste to me regarding your service center and put question mark over authenticity ans reliability of your service center.

Recd. A text from ola cabs on monday, 26 december 2016 regarding rs.80/- off on 10 micro/mini/prime rides in delhi/ncr b/w 26th dec – 1st jan.
I took just 2 rides on 27 dec and already the coupon is not being accepted by ola cabs. Neither have i exhausted my rides nor i am booking beyond the specified times lines nor beyond the specified region (Ncr).
This is a clear case of cheating by ola.
