Complaint Details:
I Had booked a bus ticket from railyatri app. On the date of journey one people from their travels call me and informed about the cancellation of bus. After that i called railyatri customer service people and described the situation. They told me that if bus is canceled they will refund my money. But till now no rufund is made.

When i tried to call them they are telling me that bus is not cancelled after that i called travell partner of rail yatri they told me that bus was cancelled.

This profile by the name hs_lifestyle on Instagram posts picture of various products like many other seller do. I fell into this fraudsters trap for buying a Jordan shoe. He promised delivery of the item but wanted prior payment. I bought stuff before from such seller and as usual I thought this guy is genuine and transferred the money using paytm to his bank account. Dear Sir,
I Rajesh Dharamshi humbal owner of your hyundai Creta 1.6 and I 20 Active top
I purchased first time cars of hyundai from BM Hyundai showroom from meghapar borichi village in kutch. But here in no any good response or no any type of good service i got. My car creta got an accident and backside panel and backside door (decky) were damaged. I was visited showroom approx before 20 days. And i even today I didn’t get reply that my accessories were arrived or not. Today at 28-12-2016 i called them at showroom and they told that accessories are arrived. And my car has maximum 2-3 day work in it for back panel and back big door ( deckey) . But they are demanding 8 to 10 days. So that i didn’t want to work at showroom. I need to do my repair work from outside car repairing garriage. And in future i think that i have never to buy the car of hyundai. And i will also never suggest any of my friends for buy the cars of hyundai..

Dear Sir,

As i have purchased the Mobile Redmi 3S phone via online

Recently my mobile was not working, and i gave MI service centre, and they have been replaced by new motherboard through your service centre.
After that, I was experienced that the mobile is not having the tower for phone connectivity for all the service s, like data, sms and calls.
The tower is not connected while in rural areas; even in some extend of 5 km radius from chennai city also.
The same problems persist for me in other towns of entire Tamilnadu. Again i contact MI service centre they not give good responses and I sent Mail your mail id but not yet received and reply (Question Reference # 161224-002363)

Due to this manufacturer problem i am not able to access the mobile phone for the last ten days.

Please clear the issue or kindly replace new mobile or clear the issue

am very very unhappy your service

On 25/11/2016 i submitted my intex mobile gsm aqua young (dark grey)L-dualsim on intex service centre, noida … it has a battery problem and also screen issue … but now its almost 1 month from that date and till they does not repair it yet… i want to know why u are taking so much time to repair my mobile as even it is under warranty period.. this is worst experience ever from intex company…please take neccessary step as soon as possible

I booked a ticket on 10/12/16. due to incompleate transaction money had cut from bank to apsrtc account.

i booked an ticket in apsrtc app on that time the ticket had not booked
perfectly because of technical problem the money had cut from my account in crop bank 519 rupees . after that, i had called customer care then they said after 2 days the money is refund. i booked my ticket 15 days before the money had not refund.

I am a first time user of Volkswagen car. Sorry to say it has been a huge disappointment the first time around. I have purchased a Vento1.6 MPI MT comfortline. No UP 16AF 2786 in Sept 2016. It had just run for 17000 km. Two annual services were done in your authorized center in Noida . Since I have this car it has done multiple rounds to Viraj DistributorsPvt Ltd…every time for the same complaint.
While shift the gear, there is a huge jerk, the car does not accelerate and the engine light come on. Your authorized centre has repaired it and now they say that the Throttle body has to be changed that shall amount to Rs 35000/=. For a car of this reputation that has hardly been used, this comes as a rude shock. Needless to say I shall not hesitate to share this opinion and experience. I had called up the customer care previously and since then waiting for them to get back to me, even after about a month.
I hope the company can look into the matter

I am logging this compliant w. R. T call id 1600000

I have given my canon camera for repair on 17th december 16. I called the customer care on 26th december and i was assured a urgent call back as there’s no direct contact with the service centre. I am being harresed no end by canon india. They are making the customer pay through there nose by charging minimum rs250 for showing the equipment and minimum rs 2800 if the equipment is serviced. So i am not getting anything for free and have a right to timely response and service as am paying for it. Till this moment i have not received any call from him. On 27th i visited the centre on barakhamba road to know to my surprise that they have no update due to shifting of facility to noida. While this is none of my concern. Met pawan over there and told her that i need the camera today as i have to travel. She called and took conformation of repair on 27th with delivery on 28th. I called cc no. To confirm the pick up but they have no update. Same story of assuring of call back in 24hr. My complaint is why did i not hear from canon for 7 working days on the status of complaint. I am going to file a case in consumer court. Am going to there centre in cp just to check the status. What an harassment!
