I’m Rajesh from Hyderabad, There is some balance deduction in my main balance in between date (12/22/2016 to 12/25/2016) and I have no idea about the deduction why it happened. When ever I tried to reach the customer support / Complaint support care center by dialing 198, I’ll be redirected to some technical department so they are helpless with my question.
As a platform I want answers for below two questions.
1. What is the reason for decucting balance.
2. Why I’m not connecting to respective team when I call to 198 and I even choose the correct department in IVRS.

I bought Samsung mobile Model Samsung Galaxy J7 SM, Model Code: SM-J700FZDDINS & Serial Number: RZ8GC19ALYR on 5th January 2016 & on 26 September 2016 due to some internal issues, I submitted product to your Authorized Service Centre: MASTERCARE SERVICES (2nd Floor, Shop 201, Market Lane, Borivali West, MUMBAI 400092 Tel. 7208963525). Then after one month they ask me for exchange or refund, I agreed for Refund then on 26th October 2016 I received cheque of INR 14700/- but cheque has cheque number missing. Then again I submitted my cheque to your Authorized Service Centre: MASTERCARE SERVICES (2nd Floor, Shop 201, Market Lane, Borivali West, MUMBAI 400092 Tel. 7208963525). Now it’s been more than 2 month I have not received my Refund & whenever I call for status there is no proper response from customer care as well as your Authorized Service Centre: MASTERCARE SERVICES. & yesterday one of the Employee of MASTERCARE SERVICES (2nd Floor, Shop 201, Market Lane, Borivali West, MUMBAI 400092 Tel. 7208963525) was being abusive with me & also threatening me that if I call again for status she will not give my refund. Have you employed GOONS in your Authorized Service Centre???

Hi,

My name is karthik, working in ufl, chennai.

We are using tata ace ht to transfer our own stocks (Vehicle registration number: tn 07 cb 9774, purchase date: 20-05-2016).

Periodical service given for vehicle with their authorized service center as per parent company advice.

1st service done on 5/9/2015.
2nd service was done on 25/1/2016.
3rd service was done on 14/05/2016
4th service was done on 29/6/2016

Vehicle ran on;y 27853 kms as on 15th dec 2016.
Some abnormal noise was present when engine is on, so we brought the vehicle to the authorized service center (Vinayak commercial motors, kovilambakkam, chennai). Complaint number: 51098447802

They have confirmed that the engine is seized due to lack of oil lubrication due to oil pump malfuntion.

Now they recovered the seized engine & asking us to pay approx. Rs.39000.00-inr for repairing the vehicle.

This is a new vehicle, ran just 27853kms, hearing engine seized at 27853kms sounds not good for the reputed brand tata motors

We called up tata motors call center to make them understand that this issue is due to manufacturing of low quality parts inside the engine, which leads to engine seized. After reaching the call center only we feel & understand that there is no care in call center for tata motors customers & we failed to make their asm to understand the genuine issue with their product.

I was booked 2 ticket of nainital my ticket no 3HKR7X2 MY mobokiwik id is naazsadaf11@yahoo.com and mobile no 9871368215 but default cancelled my ticket without any reason. and when i call him mobikwik customer care number not pic up at any time. i have tried in all time but there call center is not pick call and it play auto sound. and not getting any refund for ticket.

I paid my MSEDCL electricity bill with Tapzo and it still reflects on the MSEDC website, while it did not happen earlier when I was using Freecharge or PayTM. The support is just escalating me from past two days, the due date is 2 Jan 2017, and I will not pay any extra charges on it, I specify. This is so lethargic of the company.

This is the ORDER ID given by the customer care email, they don’t have any call centers, so can’t have a word with them. They are just cheating people. On mailing further they say that they will refund the amount while I don’t wish to have a refund. I paid my bill promptly and want the company to do the same. These companies are just ready for money and not being ready for a customer-genic company.

I again specify, I want no refunds, I want my bill to be paid. Since I did it from my end.

My finance loan account has been Linked with Max Bupa policy number 00210300201600.without my knowledge. I was never informed about any policies during my loan application by your agent.

I hereby complain about the fraud done to me by

I don’t want this policy as I am an existing customer of Bajaj Insurance.

Please take strict action on the agent for cheating me and cancel the policy immediately.
