1) Half screen of mobile is damaged internally.
2) One pin of charger’s adapter is missing
3)Touch screen is not working properly.

A mobile Redmi Note 3(32GB) was purchased through shopclues.com vide bill no.75400855880 dated 8/12/2016 . A complaint was filed vide Ticket number-515651 on 13/12/2016 regarding return of mobile due to above reasons. We have sent many mails to helpdesk at email id shopclues.com and have also talked with customer care executives more than 20 times in this regard. As advised customer care executives we have also sent the image of damaged mobile and charger also to returned the mobile and refund the money. More than 18 days have been passed but no action till now from shopclues.

Request for returned the mobile and refund the money.

Sir On 23 December I make transaction of rupees 2040of my regular costumer the amount was approved by his account I get my message in my mswipe app on my phone but next day my account not receive the amount of rupees 2040 I complaint on customer care number but there no resolved my day by day I check my message on phone but there is no message of 23 December transaction please resolved my problem

My scooty Honda Activa was been dashed by jeep from front side. I ask for the claim. They said they will give 60% claim out of total bill. They told me to submit relevant document and I submitted. I asked them again how much it would be claim they said whatever V J Honda make the estimate bill they will give 60%. So after replacing and servicing the total bill came Rs.6259/-. Now they are telling me they will give me claim of Rs.790/- only and I paid Insurance premium Rs. 934/- a year. What a hopeless Reliance General Insurance service is giving? Did they know anything about insurance that they jump into this business to suck common people blood by tie up with the garage people. I, Completely disappointed with Reliance staff, Mayuresh Despande, who did not handle with proper coordination. If he says before that they are not going to give a claim why should I trust in their insurance. I request IRDA to completely ban this fraud Reliance General Insurance as soon as possible.

I placed an online order on 35th december’2016 and paid using the online payment gateway (M-visa). The amount of 1074.80 got charged from my a/c and pizza hut showed me a message on screen “there might be some issues with the server, please try cash on delivery”). I contacted my bank who confirmed me that payment has been made to the merchant and provided me merchant id. Then i contacted pizza hut where i experienced worst customer service. They keep telling me unable to look my order and money will be refunded. They did not took any of my details still keep saying same thing.

I have ordered a shoe last month but its not being delivered yet. Such a shameful behaviour is this. Money is already paid no contact no information. I would request that this website should be banned asap.
Cheater. I want a proper reply from the team if they are going to deliver me the shoe or not its been 1 complete month. nd i want my money back

Times pro is a fraud institute .when i was getting my admission through this they make all promises of getting 100% job placements and get 2.25lacs package of salary but these promise are totally fake and i have completed my course in march till now i have not get any job from this course and now they are also not attending calls and they make my calls busy. now i m preparing for other jobs

We have booked order for redmi 3s prime vide order number
OD207857583000507000 on 14.12.2016 through registered email I’d
and mobile number via Flipkart . At the time of ordering due to system/technical issues (hange)on the company’s website, I was unable to change the billing details. Hence the order was received with the same billing address and shipping address, at the convenience of Flipkart.

We have request Flipkart to generate duplicate invoice with a change in the
billing name, which was not accepted under the pretext of legal restrictions, which flipkart is not able justify or highlight which legal restrictions are there.

Urge to resolve the issue.
