Dear SRS Team,

As I have been your regular customer and I have been the products from your store since 2014 and have never experienced such kind of behaviour from any of your employee but this time was different.
One of your employee ‘Parveen’ who works in Malviya Nagar, Delhi store came to my house for delivering all the items but one item they forgot to bring and then I was not ready to give them the receiving and I asked him to get it from the store but he was like take it next time or else from next time we will not take your request of delivery. I think he is no one to decide upon this thing and the way he was replying was rude and as if he wants to get violent with me. If this is what your company serves than I really need to file a complaint against your company as well as the employee.
I hope you will take a strict action against ‘Parveen’ and ensure that this incident will not be repeated again, and also if I don’t get the revert for the same your goodwill is on stake.

I have added 500 rs to paytm wallet on 7/12/16. but the amount of 500 is deducted form my account 2 times from my account that means paytm have charged me 500*2=1000rs from my account and loaded my wallet with only 500rs . account statment is attached of decuction . my registered mobile no is 9468272058. i emailed the compant for the concern along with my bank statement & also raised tickets for the same from my paytm app . but still the issue is not resoved .

डिजिटल लेनदेन में 15, 000 रुपये की ठगी
1- नोटबंदी के बाद डिजिटल लेनदेन को बढ़ावा मिला। इसी क्रम में पेटीएम ने भी खूब प्रचार किया। बड़े-बड़े विज्ञापनों में प्रधानमंत्री का फोटा भी छापा। कोई प्राइवेट कम्पनी किसी की मर्जीे के बगैर उसका फोटा नहीं छाप सकती। इसलिए हमने भी मान लिया कि प्रधानमंत्री जी पेटीएम के समर्थक हैं। पेटीएम के प्रति जनविश्वास लगातार बढ़ता गया। मैंने भी 18.12.16 को पेटीएम के वॉलेट में ट्रांजक्शन आईडी 4680756929 के तहत 15000 रुपये एड किए। 20.12.16 को मैंने भुगतान करना चाहा तो अपना मोबाइल नम्बर वैरीफाई करें। मैसेज आया। मैंने लॉगआउट करके पुनः लॉगइन किया तो बैलेंस जीरो था, जबकि इससे पहले वॉलेट में 15873 रुपये जमा थे। अब हाल यह है कि पेटीएम की पासबुक में भी कोई लेनदेन दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है।
पेटीएम से लगातार संपर्क करने के बाद भी कोई समाधान नहीं मिल पा रहा है। सबसे बड़ी दिक्कत तो यह है कि पेटीएम को फोन करने पर उसके मेन्यु में कस्टमर केयर अधिकारी से बात करने का कोई विकल्प ही नहीं है। एक बार ईमेल का जवाब आया कि आप अपडेटेड पेटीएम वर्जन इस्तेमाल करें। इस पर मैंने उन्हें अपडेटेड वर्जन का स्क्रीन शॉट भी भेजा। इसके बाद पेटीएम से कोई जवाब नहीं आया।
2- भारतीय स्टेट बैंक का शुमार देश के प्रतिष्ठित बैंकों में होता है। इस पर विश्वास करते हुए 18.12.16 को मैंने स्टेट बैंक बडी एप के जरिए 2000 रुपये और 20.12.16 को 1000 रुपये स्टेट बैंक के खाता नंबर 35646933998 में ट्रांसफर किए लेकिन रुपये नहीं पहुंचे। इन लेनदेन की ट्रांजक्शन आईडी क्रमशः 3413577015 और 3481712847 हैं। इसके बाद 21.12.16 से लगातार ईमेल और फोन से शिकायत कर रहा हूं, लेकिन समाधान नहीं मिल पा रहा है। एक बार मेल का जवाब आया कि आपको 48 घंटे में सुना जाएगा, लेकिन अब तक कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला है।
माननीय नरेन्द्र मोदी जी जैसे ईमानदार प्रधानमंत्री के राज में इतने प्रतिष्ठित और भरोसेमंद बैंक इस तरह का घपला कर रहे हैं, यह समझ से परे है। इससे देश के व्यापारिक बैंकों व एजेंसियों की ईमानदारी, पारदर्शिता सवालों के घेरे में आ रही है।

I have added the money to the paytm wallet and tried to transfer the amount to the bank today.

Money got deducted from the wallet, but not got credit to the bank account.
The status is showing as ‘Pending’ in passbook. Could you please revert it back to the wallet or send it to the bank.

Hi,

I have taken their mediclaim policy for my parents and grand father from
thru Broker : Prudent & TPA: VipulMedcorp
Insurance company : National insurance

We have just received the JIo jac card and policy card from Vipulmedcorp.
Paid premium of 13026 rs thru MC to prudent broker in first week of september in lower parel office.

I have been chasing Prudent for invoice of the premium paid but they are just saying that they are coordinating with national insurance and they will provide once they get from them,
But i feel its their duty as broker to get things moving and provide required details to customer.

Mr Suri is asistant manager in Prudent lower parel office who is good for nothing.

I am looking for invoice so that I can submit the same to get income tax rebate u/s 80D.
Since they are not providing the same I am loosing on time to submit the same and I will have to pay the tax.

Kindly get this issue highlighted and help in resolving the same.

the house no 11-1-722 which is behind petrol bunk in chilkal guda is presently vacant and for the past 30days or so people around are throwing their garbage in front of this house which is accumulated in a big heap, this dump just next to the petrol and also is dangerous if any naughty fellow drops a matchsticks sensing this danger I have complained several times to customer care and they gave a complaint no:C297496 AND ALSO CONTACT NO:9849907695 WHEN CONTACTED i HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE .
KEEPING IN VIEW THE DANGER I EARNESTLY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO REMOVE THE GARBAGE.

Subject- Corporate 249 rental plan 1 gb internet doesn’t work.

I took this connection in October 2017, its a corporate plan with Rs.249 rental. While taking this connection I was given 2 options- 249 rental where i get 1 gb internet(2g / 3g speed) free every month. Another was Rs.99 rental in which i dont get the internet, so I opted for 249 rental.

But since the time the service got activated I was able to use only 35 mb data. I lodged a complaint in November, i get a call from technical dept saying there is some technical issue on their end so it would get resolved in 48 hrs and will get a call from them once it has been resolved. It dint get resolved nor did i recieve any update until I called billing and technical dept. Still they lodge my complaint and no revert, i spoke with the billing desk as i have been charged a rental of 249. I clearly mentioned till the time i dont get my internet working i am not going to pay that rental as i took the 249 plan just for the internet otherwise i would have opted for the 99 plan. The representative at the billing dept said not to worry you can pay the bill minus the rental which I did. Then i kept calling the technical dept several times but no resolution was found my internet still doesn’t work. Only the complaint is lodged and i am being promised that i will get a callback which dint happen. Then whenever i would make a call i would get to hear the ivr that my services will get disconnected if i dont pay the bill. I spoke to the billing desk again to ask regarding the rental and the ivr, the representative tells me that the ivr would stop in 2 hrs and the rental will get reversed. I clearly mentioned that till the time services as promised dont work i am not going to pay the rental because i took this plan just because i would get 1 gb internet free. He said everytime i need to call when i get the bill if the internet service has still not started i said ok.

Today onwards all my services have got disconnected, and i was not informed about it nor did the technical dept called me as per the call scheduled on monday 1pm. And let me tell you i do have a Vodafone prepaid sim of which the internet works completely fine be it in slot 1 or slot 2.

This is the most horrible service i have got and the vodafone custome service is the worst that i encountered. Vodafone is not bothered if they are not providing service as promised they just want to mint money by giving false promises. I am a working woman and i have no time for this nonsense. Still its my requirement so i called vodafone customer care and technical dept almost 10 times, but i dont get any resolution.
