In the refund details it is showing that the amount has been refunded but the amount has not come in my account. I just got my Serviced today and and you know how much they charged me 13000. Why
Let me tell you this
ENGINE O/N actual rate is 2600 and the worst part is Labour charge is also 2600, that is way too high.

and this is apart from paid service labour of 450 .
For Crank Shaft resetting they charged me 1000 as labour charge…
So around 5343 rupees i paid as Labour charge . Now Dont you this is a loot in the name of labour charge. It Spoils Bajaj name. Every time i go to service center i pay lot more.

Now i saw infront of my eyes..they do OIL and greeching and then water wash the vehicle . This is not done at all.

There have been so many complaints related to this not sure why are you not taking action.People are going away from Bajaj becasue of Bad and Expensive Servicing.

Kindly confirm that my call P2712278799 has been treated as closed 2nd time without any reason or action from Godrej side.

Dear Sir

I have followed up the calls and email on phone. Few nos of Godrej are not working including +91-22-6796 5656 just for your feedback.

When I got through I was lucky to speak to Mr Anil Manager (After Sales Service), who was though polite but again wanted all the details after giving my Call no. P2712278799, which only added to my frustration and was of little help.

I am waiting for YOU to return back after due investigation. If at all you have any system in place, a complaint can NOT be closed without attending when a customer has purchased your furniture at such a heavy price for this kind of extremely poor After Sales Service.

I am interested in first knowing as to how the Call no. P2712278799 was closed even without attending it.

The following call was closed without even attending it or even making a call as a courtesy. Please do understand that my time is equally valuable and also please be informed of your CUSTOMER CARE pathetic attitude.

The following complaint thorough after Sales Service portal of Godrej Interio website with Call no. P2712278799 and SMS received on my mobile 9424710502 at 06:11 pm on 27.12.2016. The call was closed and an SMS received at 09:42am on 28.12.2016 stating “that your call in completed THANK YOU for ur payment of Rs NIL”without even attending it.

I have been transferred from Jabalpur to Nagpur and have got accommodation in Ambajhari Defence Estate. I have also logged a complaint thorough after Sales Service portal of Godrej Interio website.

I have been requesting the local NGDA dealer to arrange assembly. He has in turn directed some technician. The technician is however, not reporting and giving dates after dates. This shows poor quality of After Sales Service on part of Godrej Interio, after having purchased a bed of Rs 50, 000 five years ago. I had no problems in assembly and dismantling of the same bed at Jabalpur, however, Nagpur Service appears to be strange. Kindly look into this and revert back. I am not able to shift to my house for want of this and paying heavy charges in alternate transit accommodation please.

Kindly escalate this call and do the needful ON IMMEDIATE BASIS.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Kindly note that I have purchased Sansui Colour TV in the year 2001, till now there is no repair at all, due to this aspect I have purchased 32 inch LED TV in the month of May -2015 but yesterday ie 27/12/16 my LED got repaired. I have complained to customer care centre at Tambaram (Chennai), their service Engineer came today, he says “PANEL” problem, panel to be change.

He informed to Customer service centre, they called today afternoon they are saying for panal replacement cost is Rs. 22, 000/-, I am very surprised, because I have purchased TV in the year May 2015, TV is working for 18 months, that product was made in duplicate .

Kindly replace the my LED TV or Panel otherwise I will apply consumer Court for compensation & I will apply in Supreme Court for huge compensation & all Sansui brand ban in India due to Duplicate product is making by Sansui Company .,

Please take immediate action for replacement of TV or Panel, I am giving time for 3 days only.

No Water from past five days and no reason given for disconnecting the supply or no prior information and no unpaid dues pending. Water supply to other houses in around the area is proper even new water line connection also given to the other roads only 5th Main Lakkasandra is yet to get new water line connection. No clue whom to contact and no proper information .

I have transferred amount from my Paytm wallet to my bank account, the result shown in the app is PENDING but the amount from my wallet has been deducted. Plz guide me as soon as possible it’s bit urgent. I have registered a complaint there itself in the app but it’s not responding. I was in hurry it was bit urgent so kindly fix my problem as soon as possible.

Due to some cause I wish to cancel the ticket but not done through same wallet. So I have done this by email to care@IRCTC.co.in on 20.12.2016 and it was successful and a message received stating that refund your amount of Rs.400 to your account.
Till this day I never received any refund to my account.please verify this and take action.

My only son join merchant navy at DGN maritime plot no 30/28, behind sharda university, knowledge park 3, greater noida . distt.gautam budh nagar U.P. crew manager Rajvardhan rathore

They provide four month training at g. noida and charge Rs. 200000/.After completion of training they charge 2.6 lac for placement at linau 6 cargo ship at malaysia on 5.9.2016.

On 21.9.2016 they were on the way to ship when before 100 meters the ship the engine of the water boat was capsized near port klang jetty Selangor in kaula lumpur malaysia.Vessel`s captain, 47 year old malaysian Tan Ban Hiang and my son Zorawar Singh (20) Died in the accident.
DGN maritime had signed a contract with Shin Yang Shipping SDN .BHD.In this contract they had nothing mentioned about death compensation.This was informed to us by the PNI club Indian Correspondent.

As per Contract of Employment signed between Mr. ZORAWAR SINGH and SHIN YANG SHIPPING SDN. BHD., nowhere such Death compensation is detailed.As per malaysian rules, in view of Contract being silent for applicable Death Compensation, either Claim settlement would be carried out on basis of Law of Flag of the Vessel or Law of land of the Crew member .

In present case Flag of the Vessel is Malaysia and basis computation, applicable compensation works out to be MYR 23, 000/- ( Equivalent INR 3, 65, 010/-) .
And as per law of land of Crew member, basis Indian Workman Compensation act applicable compensation works out to be INR 8, 96, 000/-.

Since Compensation as per Indian law is much higher as compared to Malaysian law, Club( PNI) has agreed to pay Full and Final Settlement Insurance amount of INR 8, 96, 000/- But according to our Knowledge

22.2 The provisions for article 21.5 shall also apply in the case of compensation for the loss of death in service as specified in the article.

To the nominated beneficiary US$ 98846 (2016)
To Each dependent child maximum 4 under the age of 18= US$ 19770

Our grudges against the academy also include that they do not give training for swimming to their candidates.They do not provide life jackets in the boat while in sea during high tide.

I and my wife are working in private firm and have spent all our saving for sending our son to Malaysia.

You are requested to look into the matter.We are not able to get our son back We just can hope for justice from DGN for our old age.

It is our humble request to please proceed in favorable manners to settle the claim with DGN at UD$ 98846 .

Hello,
I am Vinod chander (passport# J4070145, Thai airways Eticket# 217112557633702, Flight (BKK TO DEL), flight number TG331, seat# 61K, boarding time – 22:45, boarding date: 24 Decemeber 2016) has not received one of my trolly bag when arrived to IGI International Airport luggage belt number 12.
As per the airport belt 12 officials ( Veerpal kaur n Aakash) the lagguage for few passengers has not been arrived from Thai Airport cargo and we have been assured that the luggage will come in the next fligh for 25 Dec at 11 am n we will get the luggage by 4 pm the same day but it has not been received yet.
PIR has also been generated at the airport for my baggage# TG 119093.
All my important documents, clothes, gifts n many more valuable things are there in that coffe brown colour trolly bag therefore please find itvand confirm me about the same at 9717547773 or upreti.vinod358@gmail.com.
Please find attached a copy of my ticket, passport and the PIR generated at the airport for your reference.
