I have purchased this Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Silver, 32GB) through amazon.in with order ref: ORDER # 404-9390454-5622703 and it got delivered on 30-Oct-2016. IMEI : 863408030545900 / 863408030545918 On 15-Nov-2016 I informed/emailed both Amazon & Xiaomi about hanging issue and the reference ID for Xiaomi is: [Incident: 161115-009316]
Just to note that, Amazon declined replacement as its more than 12 days and insisted me to contact the manufacturer as its under 1 year manufacturer warranty. 3 Visit to service centre i.e, On 18th Nov 2016, the service centre done a software upgrade.On 30th Nov 2016 and on 03rd Dec 2016 visited again, as the same hanging issue still exists and insisted for a replacement. No proper reply.

Till now almost 40-45 emails have been shared between me and Xiaomi Team, but as i am not getting proper reply either on email I have decided to file a case at Department of Consumer Affairs.

My Point is very clear: Within 20 days of initial use, this faulty phone issue is notified to Xiaomi. Now I need a replacement from Xiaomi. If it would have been used for 3 months or more, I would have thought for repair but within 20 days of use what should I expect here as I have 1 year manufacturer warranty.

Dear Sir,
Its been 10 days since I have gotten any water supply to my house. I have lodged a complaint with the water works department and they have not even cared to reinstate the connection.
The operators there has zero manners to talk to a female and take corrective action and send somebody to do the needful.
Let me explain my sad plight, I am an old lady of 75 years living alone and managing my life. I am very regular with my bills and taxes. Wife of an ex-army man, I am doing all the chores myself. There was water shortage around 1st to 4th January and reason being given was cleaning of the filter plant, so I somehow managed with little or no water. waiting for the supply on the 5th day. Then I spoke to my daughter and she lodged the complaint after knowing that only my house was not getting water. The water works department came to check, and did nothing, except they told that some leakage was there in adjoining house so even my connection was cut. I thought water will be supplied and that they must have done something.
I ran out of water, and not even a drop was left for drinking, not to mention that by 6th day I had not bathed and washed clothes or cleaned my home. So I told one of my deceased husbands friend to arrange for water supply through a tanker. That also came on 7th day.
My daughter then pursued the matter through a neighbour and got to know that a truck which had come with huge load had broken the pipeline and belonged to Golf course no 22( our next door neighbour). They already got their connection reinstated, as they either paid the department( the day they came to check through my daughter’s complaint) or got it done other wise. Clearly ignoring that I should have been informed and the problem which they had created for me should have been rectified.
The PHED department also intervened and it was via media told only on 9th January that we bear the charges of this disruption if we want water and water works department does not pay for any damages that may even happen due to any body else’s also. I have even told to get the plumbing done and today happens to be the 10th day without a supply.

I urge you to take up the matter urgently and help!!!

After some time spend, they not able to give me a job. then again they spend some months to call me for refund a money to loss may money near about 40000 Rs. through the online procedure and by saving on account.
