I (7814958878)am customer of reliance from last 4 yrs still I am getting the normal facility of tele communication. Reliance communication is breaching in providing service for call connectivity. Company offered me to recharge with Rs 152 and enjoy all India unlimited call for 28 days.so I have taken plan now and recharged my number with above given amount but now reliance breaching to provide service.when I dial any number always shows network busy 24×7 hrs even sometime connect the call after trying continuously for 1 or 2 hours then cut automatically in 10 min .I am facing so much problem since last 5 days .I am so frustrated with this kind of service .plz take stringent action against such a fraud and breaching company which not paying its debt after paying the all money to it .other wise plz suggest me to do action against it .should I go to judicial activity in legal manner.plz help me .I have already mentioned my problem to before 2 days but still not got any reply or response from concern firm..

Dear Team,

This is second time that I have given my bike for servicing in Authorised servicing center named Rishi motors which is located in Tubarahalli, Whitefield, Bangalore.

Servicing is very pathetic the first time, still I have given it for the second time.

I had met with an accident because of which my Hero Pleasure bike got damaged and is given for servicing on 17th Sep 2016. They were supposed to deliver the bike by 22nd Sep 2016. But the same has not been delivered till now.

The service center people don’t pick the call. Even if they pick the call they can’t answer to my questions as they have misplaced the Job sheet. They have called us by end of September and informed us that they couldn’t get the spare parts of the bike as it was old model. After which they didn’t provide any update about the same. And when we call them on other available numbers and they keep saying that they will give in 2 days. We had to follow up with them personally.

I had to visit the service center personally with my fractured leg to know the status of the bike. I had gone through lot of mental stress because of the same. Every time we visit the service center they come up with new problem (like some other part is missing).

We had to literally fight with the service center people to get the status. And now I have lost hope that the bike will be delivered. Even if it is delivered I dont have trust that it will be in good condition.

22043003310 is my order number on ur domain I purchase a Titan edge watch which is faulty product (scratch on watch) so I apply for a same day return . The watch is returned to u at 10 Jan at 11 am .
I pay this order from my debit card I ask for repay in my bank account but from ur sight it’s transfer in free charge acc ( not interested in that acc) means u just transfer my amount from ur one domain to another domain .
I try to transfer my amount from free charge to my saving account 3 times but after entering otp ur system shows the message something went wrong please try after some time . I am not able n interested using any other domin I pay to snap deal for purchase so please credit my amot to my bank account .send me a bank detail link so I send u details of my bank account . This incident is like that the customer is free from one domain n stuck in another domain of same company so I request u credit my amount to my bank account

Iam CH RAMASURYA NARAYANA with customer code ART02687H with Indus Ind bank have taken a bike loan in 21/01/2009 and completed my total loan payment on 13/06/2012 .But recently when I approached a bank to avail car loan I have been declined loan due to my low CIBIL score that is affected due to INR 100 loan outstanding of bike loan which I was not aware of . So I went to the IndusInd bank and paid the outstanding amount with a overdue of 3900 INR ON 07/08/2015 and the bank employee said the payment will be updated in ur CIBIL score and hence I will not be having any problem with my scores further.But it’s been over one year that I cleared the loan but the payment is not updated on my CIBIL scores and still I failed to avail loan due to low scores . I went to the bank in between requesting them to update the payment but they failed to do so. And I think these guys in IndusInd bank are pathetic and upon my many complaints they failed to resolve my problem . Here iam attaching my mobile number 8328558763 . Recently I had got my ICICI Credit Card, but not pin # though speed post… So, how can I generate my initial pin # please guide me with your instructions to generate same by any other means or please do send me pin# through speed post.

When ever I tried speaking to customer care person no call is connected always hear back response saying will call back later..

I had booked a flight ticket through PayTM, the flight got cancelled, they provided me a refund amount which is not correct. Me and my friends had booked the tickets together, they received a different amount of refund which was no way comparable to mine. I had raised the same complaint to PayTM, they had only responded to my initial mails understanding the problem totally wrong that I had cancelled the ticket, after explaining the problem multiple times they even stopped responding to the email.

I had raised the complaint initially to Indigo, on 23rd of December 2016. They told they had processed the refund and to check the same with PayTM.
I raised the concern to PayTM on 24th of December 2016, and till today I haven’t received the exact refund amount and later they even stopped responding for my emails.

My two wheeler give the servicing on 04th Jan’2017, your technician damaged my back side light cover and told the that is in running time damage, if running time damaged, why are you delicate metal used?? your material and service etc… is too bad compare to Honda. Improve your self and customer satisfaction. your mistakes why are paying my amount??? you said that free servicing, what did you free ??? Every thing is charge and your team damages or miss out, miss use.

Sir I was trying to place a order of micromax x606 but while placing order not successful and balance is deducted from my bank account. Still no return 3 hours passed away. So sir I am requesting to find a solution regarding this mistakly charged . rs 949 is deducted from my account without successful a order. This hapen today’s morning and still no action is taken. So please help me sir

Complaint Details:
I purchased a washing machine in 2015 from IFB.The firm has offered me 4 year warranty on the product. The preventive maintenance which need to be done periodically was not done properly. Only once they had provided preventive service visit.

The unit is not working from last three months. All my efforts to contact customer care were not successful over the toll free numbers provided in IFB website .As the issue is very urgent, I made a visit to the dealer from where I bought the item (Bajaj Electronics, Forum Mall, Malasian Township). Though the dealer raised complaint requests thrice, no one from M/s IFB is supporting to solve the problem.

I could contact IFB last week through the sms requests mentioned in the company website and was finally lodge a complaint ( Request No:1104490252). The request was then transferred to their Hyderabad office and though I am making efforts for availing the maintenance, nobody is keen to attend for the service.

Kindly help for availing the service from vendor as indicate in the warranty .
