I have logged a complaint with the reference number- 2210814 and received no call or my money back even after more than 7 working days and still frustrated with the service Domino’s is providing.

Hi All,

As per the above subject i am trying to call agent whose name is Najmi Khan(09015078397). i bought one policy from him. firstly after so many calls he provided my first premium slip and now still as yet i did not get any policy bond. As strange he is not answering my any calls and text.

So please take care of this. what should i do before to buy any policy we get lots of calls but now i am unable to receive my policy.

LIC is good but that kind of guys and their behaviour to the person is not good for LIC Image.

Hi myself Sumit, i had added amount of1300 to my paytm wallet from my Debit card on 29/12/2016 and returned the same amount i, e 1300 on 30/12/2016 to my Debit card linking with Ac/no 3147101006985 it passed 12 days still the amount is not credited to my account, in my paytm passbook its showing amount transferred successfully to the bank, kindly help me in solving this issue.

The complaint is regarding DHONE AUTOMOBILES showroom located at Yerwada, Nagar Road.

I have purchased Bullet Classic 350 on 2nd of January 2017. I did booking on 7th Dec 2016 with a payment amount of 5000/- Card payment and the remaining amount was also paid through card on 30th of Dec 2016. Since 2nd jan 2017 showroom employees have not done the insurance of my bike till date i have been following showroom since i got the delivery the employees at the showroom are so casual including manager. The customer service is ZERO they don’t care about the customer. On saturday dated 7th jan i personally visited showroom and i got to know that employees have lost my documents i have to re submit the documents but still my issue has not been resolved.

Iam not at all satisfied with the service provided by the Employees with their casual approach. Very very much unhappy with the service and after sale service.

I have applied for zero balance account jifineo and deposited INR 5000 on Jan 6, 2017. After that day (till now), I didn’t hear anything from anyone from the bank for all required documents. I tried to reach out to their toll-free no, but not able to reach out to them.

I am not sure if they’ll open an account or how much time they’ll take.

My order no 307528586, placed on 30th Dec 2016 has been updated on my account as delivered, however the same has not been delivered to me. I have raised the concern with Fab Furnish Customer Care vide case no 3708495, its been 4 days since the issue has been raised and have not received any revert from the team, as opposed to their commitment of responding in 24 hrs. I have been calling them everyday and the customer care executive have not provided any information or solution as well, they say they are not equipped with information and when asked to share an escalation matrix for raising the concern with higher authorities who may have the information they refuse to do that as well.
The status of order on my profile still says delivered, when the product never reached me.
One is being inefficient but being unapologetic about it and not fixing the issue is another level of inefficiency and extremely sad service.
Also their customer care executives are extremely rude!
