I have recently installed this paytm app and added 1000 rs in the wallet to transfer to my bank account but this option doesn’t work even though i am not able to send my 1000 rps back to the bank. I tried to call the customer care executive but all have gone in vein, there is no option to contact them, now either i want to transfer the money to the account or send it back to the bank. This ticket was opened on 20th of december and still has not been resolved???
I sent the seller the pictures of the defective bag they sent me and they haven’t still repiled to me.
I received this handbag and it is defective. It has got discolouration marks all over the bottom side of the bag. I would like to return this for a refund or store credit

Hello, on 29/12/2016 my icici account number 007101556335 was deducted with rs. 502.40 stated as dp-charges till november 2016. However, demat account are supposed to be free of charge as stated by icici when the account was opened. Please review the matter and return the deducted amount as i have not used the demat account and it is supposed to be free.

Bought 3 Xiaomi (Mi) Power Bank 20800 from eBazar Ninja for rupess 2697.00 with below transaction details., it turned out to be a fake product. It is not working properly.

I noticed the following deficiencies/ discrepancies:
1. The original is branded mi.com; yours has xiaomi.com
2. It is not working properly. as its charge only two times .as its 20800 mah so according this it have to be charged 7-8 times

I tried emails/calling customer care many times but no one responded. So take immediate action and replace it and refund my money.Hope positive response and resolve the issue as earliest.

I had placed an order for a bouquet of chocolates on the 1st of January, 2017 which has not been delivered till date through the website called flaberry the domain name is (http://www.flaberry.com/) with the order number 300002784. The order was expected to be delivered between 12-4 on the 1st but it was not at all delivered and hasn’t been delivered till date. I am not surprised with this incident because the customer service is very poor and I am aware of that now. All I need is the refund of the amount paid. The total value of the order was 1349 and I would be very pleased if you can help me in this matter as I am not getting proper response from the customer care team.I spoke to the customer care people and they refused to refund the money and did not even deliver the bouquet. My order no. is 300002784.

I had purchases a cell phone ( Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) dated 10/06/2016, immediately within a span of one month a technical problem occurred due to which my phone started having grey broad lines on the display which was sorted by the Mis. Rekha Tanwar around 24 july 2016 with an assurance that this problem will never ever going to occur. I was being told that it is a technical problem and If I am not mistaken S7 edge is the latest phone by Samsung and if the phone is having such problems that means company isnot at all concerned towards it’s customers. The company wouldn’t have said the same if the problem in the screen was due to the fault of its customer. I am even having an email from Mis. Rekha Tanwar assuring me that the same won’t happen again. But, again the same problem has occurred with my screen on 30th dec due to which it is showing some pixels on the top left corner. I emailed regarding the same to MIs. Rekha Tanwar but now nobody is taking this responsibility of sorting it ASAP.
I have lost my trust over your company and your credibility is now challanged”
If I won’t get the replacement of my cell phone or the solution to my complaint within a day or two then I will have to move myself to consumer forum for the solution.
