From canara mobile banking app i did a recharge of rs. 155 for my registered mobile no. 8826132187 on 10-01-17. for which i got message from canara bank saying
“your a/c no. xxxxxxxxx1409 is debited for rs.155.00 on 10-01-17 and a/c of atom tech ltd has been credited (imps ref no 701022170747).
but i dint get any recharge.my user id is cms489 for canara bank mobile app.
please help.

Complaint Details:
I have used a Send Money option available in Paytm using Paytm IOS app which has a critical defect/bug in the app.
But receiver doesn’t receive the amount Rs.1600 as transaction got failed. Then I verified the amount then it was proper in my Paytm wallet.
Later after the critical bug has been fixed for Paytm IOS app, I upgraded my Paytm from Apple Store.
After upgrading when I opened the Paytm account then I realized Rs.11200 has been deducted from my Paytm wallet which means 7 times Rs.1600 has been deducted for the same date, same time along with seconds.

When I raised a customer care ticket then they responded telling that “We don’t have money reversal policy, once transferred”.
And most annoying thing is you don’t have option to reach out to customer care service representative through phone number.
Again I raised couple of customer service requests but until now I have not received any call from their end.

This number was subscribed at Jammu after using it for more than two years was ported at Rishikesh in Uttarakhand state on transfer on posting.
i am facing this problem for last 2 months. After getting ported the number it has initally worked fine but for last 2 months the problem is there.The Sms send from this mobile, when location is in Rishikesh town, is not delivered to few mobile numbers specially non AIRTELL numbers . The message is sent but not delivered. It shows pending status or message sending failed in box.
WHEN I am out of rishikesh then messages are NOT send at all. THIS PROBLEM IS PERSISTING FOR LAST 2 MONTHS. I HAVE SPOKEN FEW TIMES TO CUSTOMERCARE. SOMETIMES THEY TELL YOUR SERVICES ARE WORKING WELL. SOMETIMES THEY SAY IS IS BEING CHECKED AND CORRECTED. BUT DESPITE MY BEST EFFORTS THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVES AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER SEEMS TO BE JUST DOING CHORUS SERVICE.
