I signed AMC of my water purifier from Miracle Aqua Solution as on 19/12/2016. A RO engineer from Miracle Aqua Solution come to my home and change 1 (one) candle from my RO machine and make a AMC agreement and i paid him Rs.3, 000 for AMC. after 2 days i seen leakage in my RO machine, i called customer care no. 9087714543-06-33-32, 9087728543-23-13, 9940543090, but there are no response they telling me that the engineer will come to you by evening, now 20 days past even i called more then 100 times but no reply and even they are not picking my calls too

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 16/11/2016 and received on one pair of shoes on 10/01/2017 after complaining on your website and the single pair of shoes that I received is also not the one I ordered.The one I ordered was white color shoes but I received black color shoes .I am attaching the picture of the shoes I ordered that I ordered and that I received to you. I want the shoes that I received to be replaced by the shoes that I actually ordered and also my second pair of shoes

I had added ₹1900 to the maytm wallet from the canara bank savings bank(SB) account on december 31st 2016. At the very next minute I tranferred ₹1900 back to the same account. Paytm gave an instruction that it will take 7 working days to refund the money back to the account. Now its more than 10 days and still the amount is not credited to the account. When we contacted the paytm customer care through email, they said that the transaction is successful and the canara bank has given reference number and asked to contact the canara bank using the reference number. But when I contacted the branch they said the money is not credited and asked to contact the paytm again.

I went to SBI to reopen my account, they said that it was reopened, but when I came back and checked it was not working so I called them about the Issue they told me to come to the bank then it was reopened, they gave me net banking and phone banking, but both of these are not working . I went to the bank sevreal times and contacted them several times but there isnt any kind of response from them.

Dear Snapdeal Team,
I placed an order of Prestige Champ 550 Watt 1 Jar Juicer Mixer Grinder with order ID: 17628905625 on 1st Jan 2017 by using Debit Card. After changing my mind i cancelled the order and waited for refund which the site is indicating has been done in 10th Jan 2017. Having a look on by bank statement there has been no refund yet on the indicated date. Kindly provide me with refund as soon as possible and resurrect this error.

I bought a pair of shoes from yepme against order id-32935569 (
Yepme Casual Shoes – Brown) on 07-Dec-16. I was having size issue with the product so I returned the product and requested for refund on 10-Dec-16. I also emailed them the courier receipt of Rs. 150 and order amount Rs. 399 so that they can process the refund to my account. It makes me really annoying that its been more than a month they have not yet credited the amount into my account. Please help in this regard.

Today I was making new booking From Beas to Delhi By Train 12926(PASCHIM EXPRESS) on 13-01-2017. So made booking from irctc and made payment from my freerecharge wallet, unfortunately my payment deducted from my wallet whereas on IRCTC is howing no Ticket Record, hence I want my refund as if this booking is not approved. On 31 dec.16 due to cash urgency I went to axis bank vikhroli – west branch for taking amount of 10, 000.00 from acc.no. 064010100071442. cahier giving 2000X4 and 500X4. requested to give 2X2000 and rest with 500 but she denied then went to branch manager who designated as VP but he also misbehave with me called be nonsense and through his visiting card and account closing form on my face and told me that axis bank not required customer you close your account and get lost. I write to Axis bank but they not replying my mail. I raised six point. 1.- is it true that axis bank don’t want customer? from their behaviour now I under stood. 2. is it my fault that I used axis service since last 15 year bank account and credit card ? 3. is it my fault that I went to bank for getting my money and seeking help from him? 4. Have you recruit such a arrogant branch manager in branches? Now I confirmed that all staff in axis bank are such a useless that they don’t have time to resole the customer problem. 5. should I close bank account and credit card service? 6. Branch manager not bothered about higher management as he informed me to complaint anywhere nothing can be done with me and no one aske me for that? 7. He threaten me that he will complain about me to higher authority now I want to see what action you are going to take on me. Now I am seeking help from RBI. now see what will happen.
