Sir,

I would like to complaint against Ryan International school timings/Winter Holidays.

First of all my complaint is regarding school winter timings, in winter timings of schools are Morning 0745am – 0200pm (especially for UKG/LKG kids/play school it is very hard to go in early morning in such chilling temperatures). School buses come to pick up the kids at around 0630am, how difficult it is for kids to go in such weather.

Next complaint is that in all Delhi winter holidays are extended upto 19th of January’ 2017. But in Faridabad RYAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is open from 11.01.17 and not only this as compare to summer holidays or any other Holiday it is always give very few Holidays for all students including senior/junior students. Even last year shcool is open on 15th August also due to some internal functions organised by School? Why they are doing like this, are they not aware of such high acute winter conditions? Are they waiting for any mis-happening?

I request you to kindly take strict action at earliest? I am forwarding the same copy to Sh. Narendra Modi ji and hope so that you understand and take a action against such authorities!!

There is lot of illegal construction on road conecting the “Riverside Road” to “Gangaram Dhanwat Path” in Erandwane
The slums encroach on the road and the road gets narrowed by 3-5feet every 6-8months.About 1lac bikes commute through daily, and owing to encroachments the road that should be travelled in 1-2 mins is travelled in 15-20mins.

Airtel has a Team of deaf, dumb & silly people who don’t know how to attend the customers & resolve there problems, really a bunch of illiterate Service, C’Care & Technical Team.

I am facing harassment so written to close my postpaid connection immediately of my number 8979795001.

I have closed this number now after a lot of irritation & harassment.

I have ordered this item and received this on first week of november. The stiching was very bad, hence poor fitting and I had to initiate returns. I was sent a return address after 3 follow ups. I was told that I was responible for returning the item and they will initiate refund after they receive the item.

I sent the item (thru someone who travelled back to india and had them ship to it mumbai) and the status is delivered according to the shipping agency(tcpindia.com in my case). I have been following up on this with 10+ emails till now and no one cares to properly read the email. I keep getting response that item is not received. They keep checking a wrong tracking number.. or simply respond item not received. I dont know if they have any intention of refunding my payment. I am totally stuck and still following up for close to 2 months now.

Poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this site for anyone

I had booked 6 rooms from 02-01-2017 to 06-01-2017 through OYO for travel to Shimla with family and friends. The hotel was nowhere close to what was promised. Me and my family had to wait on the road on 02-01-2017 from 7PM to 10PM just to get a resolution. Even after long chats and conversations and writing emails, they have deducted 20% amount before refunding my money. No hope of getting my money back. Very rude customer care, have also been threatened by one of their executives.

I am Hasan Ali . In my colony Satya Vihar, Lal Kothi Scheme, Lalkothi, Jaipur, 302015 there are 4 dogs, but out of those 2 are much DANGEROUS. Many a times That 2 dogs also notched me and went behind me barking. Always I found on road and run with my bike and does not come down after so many efforts instead they gave barks reply and tend to bite. I am residenresident of e-528 lalkoLalkothi scheme and there people are just fed with these and want them to be took away. Please Pick up theese dogs, Its my humble request.

I have neither got my first year marksheet nor final year marksheet. I am contaction my study center Vashi, but every time they reply the same that contact next week. Now it been years. Results I got online. But I need the Hardcopy in order to take addmission for further studies.

Complaint Details:
A subscription was being subscribed namely shotforbisc of rs 60 to my prepaid mobile reliance number:+91-9529069220 which i have not subscribed for.I spoke to reliance customer care he told that these amount are non-refundable. I have repeatedly told him that i have not subscribed any such pack, and also and for subscription pack also i have ask him to deactivate same. I also told him that i have not use any services of these pack so please refund the amount but again he told the same thing that these packs are non refundable.which means that either reliance communications are doing chartity for their customers or they are happy with any amount received from customer in free.

I as a customer is unable to understand why this phenomenon is repeated after every 3 months or 6 months. Further, earlier they use to refund the amount, but now they are telling that this are non-refundable in nature. I am totally unstatisfied with the feedback received from customer care. For customer like us it is just wastage of time, money and energy.

I just want the refund of these amounts deducted and ensure that such things not happen in future.

Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
