I have passed out from -Subhas Bose Institute Of Hotel Management, Kolkata under Punjab Technical University in the year 2014 but haven’t received my certificate and marksheet till now.
I am originally from Guwahati city. After passing out I have visited Kolkata for the documents but they informed that PTU will deliver us at our home address after making payment for courier charges of 200rs per document. After payment PTU informed that it has been sent to learning centre but there is no response from my college.
I am in urgent need of the documents but they are not responding to my query.

I have tried lots and lots of time to talk to your executive to the Den officials, regarding the pooorest network ever i had in my entire life.Nothing happened as of now… This is so sad to say that your network is the worstttttttttttt, never had such a bad experience .. The downloading speed is just 0.40 MB/S. What’s happening man…
I use a package of 1700 wala, where i got 100 gb… and today is the 15 th day, and my usage is over…
I was out of station for 2 days…
I have checked my usage details and in those 2 days it was 10 gb and 6 gb day wise..How’s that possible… WHen i have changed my passward intentionallly, so that nobody can use it…
If no Action has been taken now, , , , than i willl file a compalint in consumer court and would through ur box …

Scam or fraud: Ferns N Petals — Worms and pebbles!!! Non delivery. Pathetic customer service.

Ferns and petals! Sounds fancy doesnt it ? Catchy name I ll give that. Its the name that trapped me and I wonder about the famous saying “what’s in a name ?” Its the name that fooled me.
I should have gone through the dismal customer service reviews before placing an order. Yes! That’s my error.
Placed 2 orders. One of the orders was successful. Very nice! Don’t know how that successful feat was achieved. May be in a one off case there was proper coordination between the teams.
However, the 2nd order was not successful as the address was incorrect. Wow!! Its the same address for more than 40 years, ofcourse things around the address have changed in 40 years time but the address is the same BUT as per FNP the address is incorrect.
They tried contacting me but my phone number was incorrect. Really ?? Looks like FNP knows my phone number better than I do. Way to go fnp another wow !! for that. Yes !! its another wow! Yes !! take it INCORRECTLY because thats a sarcastic wow! (in case you failed the understand the sarcasm)
The phone number on their website doesnt work. Don’t know since when the phone number is not functional. May be they have had enough of handling customer complaints over the phone. I requested multiple time to speak with someone who has authority to get some resolution but as expected all efforts in vain.
Way to go to meet customer expectations by being horrendously pathetic.
Before dismissing anything as incorrect use some SENSE and validate the information. But using sense was a mistakenly high expectation that I had for fnp.
I feel like trying to get a resolution from ferns and petals is like TALKING TO A BUNCH OF ROCKS ! you can talk to a rock but you know already what you ll get in return “NOTHING”
Hope the fnp team is meeting goals with being pathetic, dumb, appalling and a 3rd class customer service.
BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDERS GO THROUGH THE REVIEWS. THINK ABOUT IT! AND THEN TAKE A DECISION AND HOPE THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH A BUNCH OF ROCKS !!

I have 2012 chevy cruze LTZ AT. It’s air conditioning system is not working for the last 6 months. I have been sending my car to the dealer in meerut. But in first few visits their computer was out of order and later they changed some valve and took thousands of rupees but ac is still not working. Serviced the car just weeks ago, when asked for ac repair. Same answer plz wait machine not working. it is still winter. Should I wait till scorching summer comes?

Asked for asthalin inhaler puff for my 67 yr old father who was having severe breathing problems in car while traveling in spite of requesting the tall thin guy staff over there for emergency he did not response on 3 to 4 time same repeats he asked another guy wasting my 10 mins when asked for bill against registered mobile no he said “either u take medicine or wait for 10 mins everything cannot be done quickly”is this the way u people deal in emergency cases when an old man was struggling with his breathing ur staff was busy with his attitude and taking his own sweet time do we take medicines for free or u r doing charity shut ur store if u cannot assist with people in need we r old registered customers of appolo but this was inhuman and pathetic does u pay ur guy or keep him on without pay the way he was behaving I was in hurry in such a situation had to rush my dad to Narayana hridalaya otherwise would have taken the video as a proof and dragged the guy to consumer court

My self has placed a prepaid order (ORDER #43904) on 25th Nov’16 but even after 50 days, my parcel has not been delivered to me.
During tracking it is pending since 13 Dec’16 for custom clearance at New Delhi. Neither any update from their end nor any apology, even i am not getting response of my e-mail. Customer care number 022 -3077 0240 is busy all the time.

Kindly help me to get my money back to my account number.

I rececived latter from passport office about my wrong present address.they r saying me to give clarification about your wrong address.but this is my present address .I worked in gurgaon before 3 year ago bt nw I m living in my present address which is in kotdwar..I went passport office dehradun to discus about this matter but they r saying to pay 5000 penalty for it..
Sir I belong poor family and my father is no more ..i can’t pay this because it’s too much for me. Sir I hope u will help me to shortout from this problem

This is just to inform the readers that Celkon Mobile phones are extremely sub-standard in their quality. The OS is very unstable and Alarm clock is totally unreliable. Quite a few times it just does not ring the alarm at all. This does not fit the purpose in the first place. Do not buy Celkon phones even though they appear cheaper. They are just not at all quality products.

I initially had coolant problem in my car. So I gave service at Cars India No: 80, babujagajeevan ram street, gerugambakkam, , Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600122 service center, which is not even listed in their complaint drop down in the website and had general service too after receiving my car from the service exactly one day after receiving, Oil started to leak before giving the service, I had no issue related to this and they told me to change the oil gasket and I did for 518 rupees trusting their words, After changing it also the oil started to leak continuously from then 3 days successively.

Then I need to take my car to the service center leaving my work to do Which caused lot of inconvenience to me. However the staffs were very professional but couldn’t able to resolve this issue completely. I’m totally dissatisfied with this kind of service from a big brand like Maruti Suzuki. Never expected this to be happen, Now I need to give my car to some local mechanic after wasting my money with them. Hope there the issue get resolves faster than them and I’m awaiting reply from them regarding this issue or else, I need to take this issue further.
