ABR-PR-12APBTX25 MY battery life left 3 year But Bettery Shop Customer Not help Me
they ask me for warranty card, than they reples my battery.

Hi,

On 06-01-2017, I have sent 2 couriers through FirstFlight from Chennai to Mumbai
on 09-01-2017, status is OUT FOR DELIVERY from Goregaon branch and till now they havent been delivered.
I am tired of calling Goregaon delivery branch number continuously, it is ringing but no one picking up the call. Customer care also not responding properly. How much time it will take to deliver even from the nearest branch. Highly disappointing. I want them to be delivered asap.

Complaint Details:
As I am individual I don’t have policies to take Zoomcars, But Zoomcars has policies, They charged late fee 165 Rs per hour and late charge 650 Rs per hour for my resent trip 13 hours delayed, this is my understanding I am clear but I paid 12865 Rs total penalty + 12 per Km +Booking amount 4445 Rs,
I think its not fair,

My last trip was pathetic because car was not in the driving condition, But I gave positive feedback because some times mistake can happen, but this time mistake is my side I booked car from 13Jan2017 morning 7:00AM to 15Jan2017 morning 7:00AM, I thought my dropping time is 7:00PM I totally forgot my dropping time, from zoomcar side no information to me (They may tried via calling but I was in my village there network was very weak they could informed by sending text message like they send over speeding messages but they didn’t, still I got the message like this (Your booking ending soon. not done zooming yet?do extend your booking through zoomcar website or mobile App extention is subject toavailability…) common message like alway they send before ending your booking)…

Mistake from Zoom car side:

1. The Audio system was not working there where wait time 30 mins and key code was stacked was not working called costumer care several times not fixed, The site guy not even listening my word I will do it with that code, Zoomcar people think they only know everything.
2. Zoomcar stopped my mobility while I was in the driving for delay because of the delay, called costumer care theye said after paying late fee + late charge = 12865 Rs then only they can unlock the mobility, I paid the amount roaming here and there find network and paid full amount through mobile App. after the payment the took 45 mins delay to unlock the car to drive.(LATE FEE 165 Rs + LATE CHARGE 650 for 13 Hours + some charges If some booked the car also you lose per day amount not per hour penalty NOT AT ALL FAIR)

FOR MY MISTAKE I PAID BIG AMOUNT WILL THEY RETURN WHAT ZOOMCARS MISTAKE…

I NEED PROPER ANSWER IF I DONT GET I WILL FILE PETITION AGAINST ZOOM CAR.

I DON’T THINK ZOOMCAR WILL SURVIVE LONG IN INDIA…

What is this nonsense…I just recharged my no. With rupees 30 and my whole balance that is RS 25 got deducted on the name of some dotbot service…and I am left with just 1 rupees in my balance. I never activated this service…Kindly look into it and please give back my balance which got deducted unnecessarily…Please don’t just activate any service on your own without the customers prior knowledge

Then by mistake I click on cancel at paytm app on Mr govind Singhal ticket.
Then I Google the paytm customer care no. But any single no. can’t connect me to its customer care.
Then I found the complain option in paytm and drop them the message then.

And then at about 9.15am 14 jan I see the seller and call on ease my trip customer care.

Then I told their executive rohit Kumar not to cancel my ticket.Plz remove my cancellation request.
Then he told me aapka request hmari taraf se cancel kar di gyi hai.

To Maine socha ki paytm se meri ticket cancel ki request aayi hogi to unhone cancel krdi hogi.

Then unhone mjhe mera ticket bhi bheja ki ticket cancel ni kii gyi hai.ticket id-(1333100)

Then meine paytm par baat ni ki is issue ke baare mei ki ease my trip ne matter resolve kar dia hai.

Then at about 12:15 pm 14 jan I receive the message that ticket of Govind Singhal is Cancelled.

And then I call them again and they are now blaming me that at that time u have to take help from paytm not from us and not helping me.

Then after I also contact paytm but they are also denying to rebook my ticket or other financial return to me.

Scam or fraud: National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll charged for pathetic road.

On 31-Dec-16, I was travelling from Kanyakumari to Trichy. At Kappalur toll plaza, I was charged Rs 60/- and immediate after the bridge, I had to take right towards Trichy. The road was terrible bad an hardly 8-10 km road was fit to be called NH. Then I had to pay 75/- at Chittampatti toll plaza.
I’m charged unnecessarily 60/- for pathetic road.
Overall I had to pay 405/- for less than 380km which itself is on higher side.
Is there a way to return 60/- which were charged for driving on poor road.

I’m attaching toll plaza receipt. For security reasons, I’ve darkened some part of my car number.
