Dear Sir/Madam

ECIL Hyderabad is having an MOU for despatches of items from ECIL to various Customer points and also for picking up of consignments from customers for handing over to ECIL Hyderabad for repair.

A consignment was supposed to be picked up from PUNE Airforce Station. The local rep of TCI XPS says that he did not get confirmation mail from Hyderabad Tarnaka Office ( concerned person Manish) and not able to proceed. Whereas Mr Manish (Tarnaka office) says he has sent a mail and presently we are not able to contact him.

Request do the the needful as customer is very furious about this issue.

We have informed Tarnaka office on 20th Jan 2017 for picking up the consignment from PUNE.

We have complained thro your customer care too.

My MR # 413701: I visited My Dentist Panchvati, Ahmadabad on 17-01-2017 with a pain in right-lower jaw & my dental cap needed to be replaced. I informed Dr. Khushboo to check my earlier details in their records. She diagnosed me with a Re-RCT after taking x-ray. As I mentioned that I had to travel, thus she need to take money only for the treatment she was to do on that day, She took INR 2500/-. Ones the money was transferred, she started to grind my teeth & prescribed me with some anti-biotics & a pain-killer. I traveled to Valsad on the 18-01-2017, reaching on there the pain increased, so i visited a local dentist, a MDS & Ortho Surgeon in Kasturba Hospital, Valsad – an x-ray was taken again & here I was informed that I suffered from a gum infection & there was no need to be treated for a Re-RCT. As I had a photo of the previous x-ray taken on 17-01-2017, I showed it to the MDS & he said that there was only a gum infection. Thus, I called Dr. Khushboo & informed her, about the diagnostic made; she was apologetic & was sorry for the wrong diagnosis made by her. When I asked her for a refund, she refused, stating – that is not in her power. Now, She want me to be checked by their consultant orthodontist. But there is no talk with regard to the refund.

Sir I hold an Saving Account in PNB Bank and my acc no. is 0994000101029001 in Vasant Village Aanand Neketan branch, Delhi. Sir i used my debit card in Axis Bank ATM situated near JANPAT, Delhi at 04:25 p.m of 21st January 2017 to withdraw amount of 5000. Sir as i enter the amount in ATM machine start counting amount but i did not received any cash & receipt even then a amount of 5000 has been deducted from my account … So it is requested you to look in to matter & Recredit 5000 rupees in my account…

I purchased a Wonderchef 4 piece Non – Stick cookware set (oder no. 20170116044045) from you on 18th of January i.e. today at 5:45 p.m. and not satisfied with the cookware set which you send to me. It was damaged as well as it will not fulfill the need of our family. On 10 Jan 2016 I paid for one year subscription of my airtel digital TV in an offer which provided me that if I pay for 11 months and I can avail 1 month free and I paid and availed the offer but 1 month free was not awarded as per the offer and my mobile no is 9487453919 and this no can be used as my consumer no for verification and I gave a complaint to airtel a month ago on December first week but they have not replied effectively and they did not provide any solution to this problem till now

Arn no 170000459858 name Yogesh Sahebrao Shinde I applied online for passport in Nashik on 10/1/17 . A payment amount of Rs.1500 was done online by using HDFC bank Debitcard. Status of payment was showing failed, however amount was deducted from my HDFC bank account.kindly solve the issue about payment and inform me earliest. The amount was supposed to be refunded in & working days, but still not done. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Pucrchase on 05January 2017. And 06 january 17 handed over to Ecom Express. Today 20 Janury this product is at India hub from 07 january. Indian worst courier company Ecom Express. It is not Ecom Express, it is Ecom Expiry. Many time i call customer care of Ecom express some one shipment delay some one says today u will receive it from 13 January 2017

I am a resident of 3417, Gali Hari Mandir, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi. This is to bring to your urgent attention that we have not been getting water supply since 20+ days now. It has made life extremely difficult for us, in terms of not being able to perform the basic daily chores. We are left to the mercy of neighboring hotels and guest houses, most of which have access to underground water owing to boring they have undertaken. We have complained several times in the delhi jal board office and to the area authorities, who informed that some pipeline repair or reconstruction is being done, but that for over 20 days ? How can someone imagine residents to live without water ? We seek urgent attention and redressal to our grievance.

Dear airtel team, I never expected that I will face this kind of issue from airtel. I have recharged my airtel number 9250447255 by 159 as there was an offer to get 2gb of data. After recharge I received a message that my account has been field with 1gb of data. As per my uses I was informed by messages that has much data is used and how much is remaining. But after finishing 1gb am not able to use another 1gb of data and also no any message or notification about remaining 1gb of data. Yesterday on 19th of January I called to airtel customer care executive. They were replying that I consumed total 2gb. If I haven’t received 2gb of data then how can I use it. Really to worst customer service, even the officers don’t know how to handle customer. Please provide proper training to them and refund my another 1gb of data which I havnt received yet. Otherwise I will port my number to any other operator.
