I had purchased this Angoor Basundi from their Borivali west shop on22nd Jan 2017. After reaching when I open it and was pouring the same in pot, it’s consistency was horrible…still I tasted one spoon, it was not having any test. When I complained next day about it to the shop, I gor wiered revert that I should have call them immediately we can not guarantee after 24 hours and so on

I have paid 5% of the project Gopala Asha Society but the company Gopala Houses Pvt Ltd is not sharing any development information even after the deadline.
I have tried calling them from past 2 months but no response.
Kindly help me getting my issue resolved, as I have invested a big amount of money in this and need development information as soon as possible or my money back.

Company promised us to give the possession by end of 2016. But I am not informed about the further development. It is affecting me and my family as we have to shift from our current rented home. Their website is not available and the they are not responding to any calls.

Scam or fraud: Royal Sundaram General Insurance — Poor service

I bought car policy from Royal Sundram via policy bazar. I have been misled by Policy bazar initially and later on cheated by Royal Sundram.Policy bazar informed me that its cashless policy and it will be easy claim settlement process. Now I am struggling to settle the claim.

My Car met with accident on 16th jan and after reaching Chevrolet showroom in Ranchi came to know that they are not attached with Royal Sundram so it cant be cashless and can be re-imburse later on. There is only one reputed Chevrolet service Centre in entire Jharkhand state and Royal Sundram is not associated with them. So it can never be cashless for entire Jharkhand state.

Later on I intimated Royal Sundram about accident on 16th jan through customer call centre and received reference number EF400062 via one of lady executive. I was told that will receive call within 4-5 hrs but didn’t received same. On cross checking next day found that reference number given by executives was false and was given new reference number.Again I was told that will receive call within next 4-5 hrs. I got call from someone in Kolkatta and he asked for all details and later on told that Ranchi dosent lies in his zone and will receive call from someone else shortly but unfortunately didn’t received call. On enquiring next day got call from someone from Bhuneshwar and was told that process is initiated.

As of now (10 days) don’t see any progress and my car is still lying in service center.
Its been very irresponsible approach and poor service from Great Royal Sundram.
I got struck here with them and feeling that been misguided by Policy Bazar. I will never buy any policy of Royal Sundram and even with policy bazar.
Policybazar is misleading people.

In last 9 months they gave me 3 new connections instead of transferring the service and took 500 each time. Both first and third connection did not work properly from Day 6.I gave cancellation request for third connection since it did not work from day 6, but keep harassing my wife continuously and asking us to pay the bill when I already paid excess money on all the connections. In the last connection I have paid 1300, but I have not used it even for 10 days.

The first connection also I had hell lot of issues. Please let me know if I can file a harassment case in PS since they torture me and my wife by calling continuously.

Really disappointed after submitting all the relevant documents n sent my entire medical file but nit getting proper respond from the Medi Assist. attached are the some documents which i had sent to Mediassist. Whenever i am calling to customer support of Mediassist advisor doesnt have sense how to speak with customers nor escalation team have sense how to speak, Last Wednesday 18th January’17 i got the confirmation from one of escalation team person, that nothing is pending from my end issue is with Mediassist end we didnt forwarded ur doc for approval. now when i am calling after 1 week mediassist team asking more documents from my side really pathetic service.

I, Rakesh kumar gera, Account Holder of SB Account bearing A/c. No. 166710100005428, Andhra Bank, main branch, HISAR, HARYANA state.

Like to bring you few lines that I have applied for Cheque Book on dated: 01/12/2016, but they applied it after some days. bank employees said me that you will get cheque book within 7 (Seven) working days..

I am going regularly to the branch and asking for cheque book they are not responding and telling me it will come tomorrow, it will come tomorrow, after that i requested mananger to solve my issue, but he said me that you have to take ATAL PENSION YOJNA firstly .I said that i m not interested in this plan than he not respond me.Bank staff behaviour is very rude to me

Sir I want you to take some legal action and do in my favor. I am need of Cheque Book because I have to give cheques to my personal payment

On 13th January when I woke up I found my balance has been deducted showing net usage. I am a dual sim user and my phone internet is selected on jio as default.

please let me know how is it even possible for my mobile to get connected to internet by idea (when it is not in default) and get my balance deducted while i was got damn sleeping.

i called customer care and the guy kept me on hold for more than 10 mins and hanged up the call. deducting more 1.5 rs.

i again called up the customer care and was very arrogantly replied that you or anyone else used internet on your phone. it is IMPOSSIBLE.

my last recharges were 200 and 55 rs probably i might be having around 150 rs balance.

I mailed to the CC and i received an sms stating that my issue cannot be resolved.

what nonsense is this..when i am sleeping my internet is being used by a ghost or what? my phone is set by default on JIO, how can it change the settings automatically to idea..use the internet and again change to default.. in case my phone does not receive signals on first sim still it does not connect to internet of sim 2 (idea) for that also i have to do it manually. i dont understand what theft is IDEA doing with me.
