Scam or fraud: Paytm Mobile Solutions — Torturing in the return.refund process

Complaint Details:
Paytm I initiated the return request of an order (order id: 2522778579) 2 weeks back.
I gave all the clarifications on email and shared all the requested pictures of the product along for the reason for the return.
And then, the return request was approved and pickup was scheduled for Jan 23rd, 2016.
No one came to for the return puck up.
I got a call from an executive today, and he was again asking about the reason for return.
Witnessing worst return/refund policy of Paytm
Guys, think 10 times before buying anything from Paytm
Amazon India Flipkart Snapdeal are way better than Paytm
They do not torture in their return/refund process.

Sir i have purchased S-cross (HR12AC9773) Zeta1.3 on 02/09/2016 from Jagmohan motors nexa Rohtak and that was driven only 19000 km and i was coming from Karolbagh to Rohtak my car was stucked.
Unfortunately, the car has not been satisfactory because my vehicle engine was over heated and excessive smoke came. My near by DD Motors mechanic inspected the car and said he can`t fix the problems then I had to toe chain the car to DD Motors Peeragarhi Chowk . Now my vehicle at DD Motors Peeragarhi Chowk.
I don`t want my car to be repair. I want you to give my money back or a new car. Please solve this matter as soon as possible. If this matter is not sought out soon. Then I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through the court.

My a/c has been debited by Rs.699 INR while purchasing avast’s cleanup service .Actually while in the mid of payment just after i entered the O.T.P the page showed that it is being redirected to the merchant site and the loop never ended and i closed the avast store window.
Now i have not got any activation code for the avast’s cleanup service but my account is debited.So i request you to cancel the payment and refund the amount.

Number has already in used both incoming/outgoing calls are operated tgh that number upto 20/1/2017 also prepaid balance is available on that sim no.
After contacting customer care they answer that the no is chosen for telemarkting, I was using that no from last 5 yrs.The no is registeresd with my resume, bank accounts and other services.

I have been trying to get my refund for Wybor LED television.
I had recieved damaged TV. It has been 10 days since TV was picked up. It is very bad experience as a Snapdeal customer. Snapdeal harrases customer. Snapdeal makes customer fool. I have had made 30 to 40 calls to Snapdeal customer care. But they only give 48 hours to wait. Now it’s 10 days and I have’nt received my refund yet. This is very bad on part of Snapdeal.

I have purchase a refurbished phone from ebay on 12 january 2017… i got the phone but with certain panel gaps dust particles in ports and a non-original nokia battery while seller had written in description that nokia batter… i immediately raised a claim and uploaded photos of it… on 23 january 2017 ebay arranged a reverse pickup and i have sent the product back but no response from ebay or seller regarding the refund or replacement … firstly the seller said that he will be away from office till 25 january 2017 and now he has updated that he will away till 30 january 2017 i mean what type of seller is this who is not responding to buyer and just faking that he is away from office and ebay is not taking any action against him… i have contacted multiple times to ebay that plzz do refund my money and i dont want a replacement from that seller and dont want to buy anything from the seller still ebay is not resolving my problem its been 10 days still i am struggling for solution and wasting my time by contacting ebay, , sending emails, and calling customer support … i have not the whole time for just wasting by calling or contacting the seller or ebay… I JUST DONT WANT TO BY ANYTHING FROM THE SELLER NOW … MY FREIND ADVISED ME TO TRY EBAY FOR SHOPPING THATS WHAT DID BUT ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE .. Scam or fraud: Airport Authority Of India – Kolkata Airport — Stray trolleys and behavior of staff regarding the same

Complaint Details:
I would like to inform the authorities of the rude and dismissive behavior of the staff when I informed them that they should try to clear up the area in front of the entrance to security check. I opened another area so that I would be easy for people to pass at which they raised an objection and said that, “Move trolley and come from there only”
Similar situation was present at the indigo line and the lady attending to me pointed out to me that I should try and make my way through the storm of trolleys.

I was astonished at this behavior and when I told the people at the security check Lane, they just laughed at me and wanted to inquire what my problem was with the line.

I feel that a customer travelling should be made comfortable and the journey starts from the minute you enter the airport. The staff interactions are always part of the journey. If kolkata cannot understand this, then you could be in loss of gaining loyal patrons.

I would suggest
Firstly, they increase the no. of ground staff who can at least help clear the trolleys and make the area visibly clear.
Last but not the least, pls educate and train the ground staff in customer handling and politeness so that they can have courteous dealings in the future.
