Today in the morning Paytm has promised me(Sadhna Kapoor)that they will transfer my old balance money into my new account number (9810157908).As my old mobile (8800660160 number)has lost since 15/20 days so I requested Paytm to transfer my old balance amount into my New account number (9810157908)and also I have fulfilled their queries as much as possible.Hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

Water purifier of Kent RO is pathetic and since last 1 yr every month we have to call the technician and get it repaired and every time they come and charge 300 or above and this time they charged us 4000 rs for changing the part of the purifier. If this is the case we would like to throw this purifier out and get a Simple pure it water purifier which is much much better than this. Purchased the Device from Karan Enterprises 42-A/D, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu- 180004

Now the website page is not opening.
Kindly help me out and REFUND MY WHOLE AMOUNT.I will be obliged

My name is kitty…i called cx service today i.e 6th feb 2017…ms kavita and priyanka khaushal picked my call…they were audible to me but i was not audible to them…i called 10 times…and ms kavita was rude over phone…if this service continues then i will go to higher level to raise complaint.if u guys dont want to serve food in a polite manner then why dont u shut ur website.
I want solution of this…i called to ask my booking status…now i have canceled my plan because of zomato..i wish instead i had opted for dine out.Worst service.

We ordered heels using the size chart they mentioned on site but seems like the size chart itself is wrong. In general I need 39 size but according to size chart it say I should order 37. I did ordered that but it is too small for me. I sent request for size exchange on 3rd Feb., 2017 but no response till now. Did try (almost 30 mins) to contact over phone but both number 01147005870 and 09211907907 are busy only. Is the numbers are busy purposefully or having issue no idea.

I need the exchange asap but don’t know how to get it done.. can anyone help me in this regard?

My connection from Kerala.I am now in Banglore. I recharged Rs.41 to get roaming facility.Today on 6/2/17 I recharged Rs.148 against an offer.I lost this money.I contacted customer care on 12345 some ladies not answering properly to my questions.Again I recharged 196 Rs that also lost.I can not activate any offer under roaming.Actually I do not know that under roaming I can not activate any offers.So I lost 344 Rs. There is no option to get back this money or can not charge to my phone.

Dear sir,

i have booked a ticket through IRCTC having PNR No.6662666562 journey dt. 13-01-2017 train No. 12941 from Agra fort to Bhavnagar Trnms. on the journey date the train is late more than 5 hours from its scheduled time, hence i submitt a TDR choosing the reason “Train late mote than Three hours and passenger not travelled’ with TDR transaction ID 100000138252513 before its actual departure from Agra fort station. my TDR refure by IRCTC and status show that the passenger war travelled. HOW IT’S POSSIBLE WHEN PASSENGER NOT TRAVELED AND IRCTC SHOWS PASSENGER TRAVELED. I humbly request to re examine the case and refund an amount of Rs. 1130/-. otherwise i will go to consumer court for my refund.
