Hello sir i had purchase sony xperia C5 on 11/3/2016 and wanted to replace the mobile as since i have purchase it had some or the other problem i have to visit service center 4 time. in that 1 times for display changes and now for 2 times for network problem please suggest me how to replace the cell phone what are the procedure for it.every time they are telling there is software problem but it is not solving i had missed my many important call and having lots of loss in my buissness

I am Barun Kanthal, I have a hdfc bank credit card. One year ago one assist call me and card protiction servicr active for one year. This time told me that after one year call me for this service continues or not. but without information me that service renual and rs 1799 debit from my card. i call three times to be deactive for this service and my balance refund. one assist told me this service deactive and rs 1799 balance refund my account within 48 hr, but one assist do not deactive service & cash back.

Scam or fraud: Star Health And Allied Insurance — Denial of a claim for a shoulder surgery stating that it is per-existing and they cant ascertain the fact

Dear Sir/Madam,
Star insurance Insurance policy P/141211/01/2017/010080 of 15L . They have declined my cashless claim for a shoulder surgery by stating that it was preexisting. I had a severe fall from a cycle on jan22 2017 and immediately shown the doctor next day and after the MRI scan was advised a arthroscopic shoulder surgery which has been declined by the insurance company. Their argument is not convincing and I feel cheated by this company.Tomorrow they can decline any claims as pre-existing.

I having central bank of India (cbi) anand. atm debit card, on 18/01/2017 from cosmos bank at i swiped as cbi atm was closed, so on swiping in cosmos atm it started slowly processing & after few minutes i received message in my ( rmn) mobile for debit of rs.3000/ at 11:49 am & few minutes machine not dispensed amount & displayed message of transaction is cancelled & slip not come out. SO i immediately approached to my cbi manager &informed the matter & i asked him i want to complain it, he replied that it is not necessary it will be reversed with in two to three days. After few days i again gone my bank & informed that still i not received reversal of debit amount so they tell me to give complain in written format so i filled format & submitted on 24/01/2017, as of still today i am not receiving proper reply from bank for which i lost Rs.3000/ due to machine error. Hope you will find a solution asap. Regards

There is a mobile Tower close to my house. Due to which there are few cases of cancer in the surrounding area.
Tower is installed on the terrace of the building. This has to be removed with immediate effect.

The tower is located at the adjacent layout to Sector 28, house no. 396, Faridabad – 121008

I shall attach the photos and the correct postal address if required. The above address shared should be enough to locate the tower.

The residents living close to the tower keep complain, we are not aware who is the right authority to approach.

Request the Authority to take quick action.

I didnot subscribe to any services, but an amount of Rs.100 has been deducted from my balance stating that u r subscribed to this that and deducted in stages. reimburse it back to main balance.

Also i don’t want to receive any subscription messages to my above-said number.stop these unwanted messages from other promoters
