I have coolpad Note 3 Lite. Its had a issue with finger sensor and touch screen. Mobile is in warranty . I have submitted my mobile to service center in kolkata baguhati on 14th jan 2017. Today 15th feb 2017 Still ask me to wait another 10 days.I have called them in every 7 days, they ask me to wait for next 7 days.

Job Sheet No JS17011400144. Very Pathetic service, To replace one part took more then a month which is in warranty, its very horrible service.

Scam or fraud: ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Auto debit activation

Complaint Details:
Auto debit linking with icici bank account was made on with service request number 99122093 with icicprulife on date 24 jan 2017 for my policy number 20499501.
Subsequently i reconfirmed about autodebit on facility.

On 15 feb i found that premium is not auto debited. I called icicibank bank as well as iciciprulife about the same as usual all were defending with so many reasons and using sorry word multiple times. No efforts were made to resolve the issue.

I made payment on line on 15 jan transaction id 6862495.
Though call to iciciprulife is chargeable to be i insisted get connected with supervisor after long wait i could get connected with supervisor. Customer care executive as well as supervisor both confirmed to me and it is shocking to hear that in today’s digital india as per rbi guidelines it takes 35 days to implement customer autodebit on request.
Supervisor has given me complaint number 99957495 assuring next month auto debit will be on.

It was shocking that local made watches namely Major and Time were delivered and inspite of my three feedbacj vide tickets nos. 819245, 863694, and 912712 no response /regret received to me which shows very bad unfair trade practice and amount to breach of trust. I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card at new delhi airport. My mobile no. Was 9531020934 . I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

I bought etios registration no UP 16 AV 9539 from espirit toyota sector 11 noida sometime in sep 2014. Till date i have driven around one lac kilometer. Everytime i go for servicing i have complaint that i get lot of noise in my car. i have to adjust my stereo volume as per speed of the car. If speed increases i have to increase volume and if speed decreases i have to reduce volume. When i tell them that i do not get so much noise in any other car they reply that we can not compare other cars with toyota. i can not buy more than one toyota to compare. Anyone will compare with other cars only. this time i insisted that they should forward the complaint to backend to get a solution. i do not know if they did that. Please help me resolve this noise issue inside car.

At the time of receiving my mobile at there collection center they are committed that 21 working days only they are taking for rectifying the complaints .Iam given the phone in there outlet is 16/01/2017. But still now (14/02/2017) they are not given my phone after rectification. Also they not giving any proper response .pleasehelp me to resolve the problem .

Scam or fraud: Reliance Communications — Penalties imposed on the consumer for the fault not committed by it

I, S.V.Ramana Murty, am a post paid subscriber of reliance communications in Jalsa package and my phone no is 9949992476. I used to paid my bills in cash through a local reliance dealer and in January 2017 as usual I paid my reliance bill of Rs.550/- in cash to the local reliance dealer on 20-01-2017 whose particulars are as detailed below.

Immediately, I got a message from reliance after payment saying that, the payment had been credited to my account against the bill on 20-01-2017. On 31-01-2017 I received a message saying that, the cheque had been declined due to inadequate funds. After two hours, on the same day, i.e., on 31-01-2017 I received another message saying that, the cheque had been credited to my account against my January 2017 bill on 31-01-2017,
On 8-02-2017, I received bill for February 2017 through e mail and I astonished, when I have gone thorough that bill. Generally, my bill would be around about 570/- rupees per month, but this time you have charged 910/-. When I observed thoroughly, I found in that bill you have imposed Rs. 200/- for cheque dishonour charges and Rs.100/- for late payment charges and consequent taxes on those penalties. Here, what you have to observe is that, you have imposed penalties on wrong person. This fault was committed by the reliance dealer. But you have imposed the penalties on me for the fault which was not committed by me.
Therefore, I request you to immediately rectify the mistake done in the February 2017 bill and eliminate those penalties from my February 2017 Bill, so that I can pay the legitimate amount to the reliance communications take action on the relevant person. Otherwise, I will take this matter to the consumer court for necessary action.
