Complaint Details:
I had booked ticket for 7th August, 2016 from Bangalore to Madurai. Flight Number OP-121 for an amount of Rs. 3837/- (file attached ). They cancelled the scheduled flight and said will refund the money.

Since August, 2016 i have been asking them for refund but my all efforts went invain and not able to get the refund back.

Kindly help the needful and get me refunded the money as soon as possible.

Hi,

I was holding Airtel postpaid sim and I had submitted request for conversion of postpaid connection to prepaid connection. The postpaid sim is disconnected in first week of January 2017. The airtel office gave me a prepaid sim in which I am not getting network at all. I have visited the airtel office for more than 10 times and called customer care for more than 5 times. Nobody is taking the responsibility to activate the prepaid sim. I am having the prepaid sim which was given in the airtel office. If I try to call, the calls are not going and I am getting a NETWORK INVALID message. Every-time I call airtel customer care, some new person talks and I have to explain the entire issue to them. If I ask them to connect to a particular person who was handling this issue before, they tell they dont have the option to connect. Its been more than 3 people now who told they will callback me in 48 hrs and resolve the issue. Till now I have not received any call from airtel. This is the very important number which I am using for my professional as well as personal life. I am facing lot of issues since nobody is able to connect to me.
I dont have the particular number active from 35 days. I want the prepaid sim to be activated.

I have raise a request that Rs 3000/- has been charged twice from my account Customer Id( 23823000) on 03/01/2017 when i paid at Forturne Park Hotel at Rajkot as per the Hotel Accounts team they have charged only once also I have swipe the card only once.

I have already raise the request at netbanking, i got mail that the same will be solved within 7 days but when i talked at customer care they are agreeing that money is not deposited in hotel Account but it will take upto 31 to 45 days and also not getting reverted on mail. Request you to help to get the refund of Rs 3000 asap as if there is any issue it is between bank and VISA organization why should my funds are getting block from more than 2 months.

I”ve given a Complaint no. which was not yet closed.

This problem is pending since 26th.Jan’17.
it pertains to Refrigerator model no. RT 28 Y.. HANDLED by your franchisee: KAISER ELECTRONICS, PATPARGANJ, DELHI.
Initially the problem was with Deep Freezer, Some part was replaced & bill raised by KAISER ON 28TH.JAN. BILLNO.3114/155653.
BILL CR NO.155653 DTD, 28/1/17 OF KAISER ELECTRONICS.
SERVICE ENGINEER WHO ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT is AJAY.
After that the Refrigerator stopped cooling.. The Service Engineer kept on promising that it will be repaired. some part will come. I “ll get the same issued from Service stores..etc.,
After rigorous follow Up, I spoke to the Service center at Patparganj, one Mr. Ankur who is handling the stores..
Now they are saying that the part Heating Element is not there.. after 2 weeks..
I want SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER TO GIVE ME IN WRITING THAT THE SAID PART IS NOT AVAILABLE.. WHICH THEY SAY THEY CANT GIVE, ,
If Kaiser Electronics doesnt give me in writing the reason for delay in servicing the product & informing the statu/RESOLVE THE ISSUE, I am going to take it up very seriously at appropriate levels.. Pl. note.

Recently in my credit card statement I got to know that Rs.1481 on 26.01.2017 has been deducted as ebscharge.but I never made any such transaction.i did not reveal any detail to any one as iam also a banker and I know that very well. I complained to my bank customer care but they said that I may have revealed details.please take action against this ebscharge.i have already blocked the card and got the replacement but who is going to compensate that money to me?

I received jacket which was of very cheap quality. I gave complaint to support@@landmarkshops.in and shared the pic of the jacket. They asked me to deliver that item we will inspect and let you know return request no is: “10231135” . After few days I received mail that I will get refund within 5 working days refund for order no: “9903639720” But its around 15 working days but i did not received any refund even I mailed them and asked them Is there any update. but no reply. I called to customer care they are telling please send mail in the same loop. I sending only mail to them but not getting reply or any update.

I want my refund ASAP. Really It was very worst experience from Lifestyle I will keep remember and definitely shared with others.

I really had a very bad experience with spicejet ad I don’t think so i would be booking any further flights from spicejet. I was having my flight at 8:35. I was at the airport at 7:55 and asked them to take me in and their weird response that they hav completed the boarding I was really having an important conference and these people didn’t even heard me rather showing such unnatural behaviour as if nothing has been taught to them as if even how to talk ad all. I really want you all to see into the matter.

when i swap of 500 rupees machine has show error again i swap my card in machine of 500 rupees again show msg error

Thank i fill cash of rupees 500

after 10 min msg came in my mobile

when i complain to the petrol pump owner he told its not my duty pls complain to the bank
In bank manager told pls show this msg to owner and tell him to cheak the same date statement if money debited on his a/c

I m too much confused this time

According to the guidelines from the bank i have registered my mobile number in a syndicate bank ATM on 4th feb 2017. i got a message from paymate that, you are registered for mobile payments and you will get your Pin within 7 working days. after that i got an Activation Code but till now i did not get MPIN even after 7 working days.
