Applied for credit card, agent came to our office “The Phone Support Pvt Ltd”, than gave him (Shyam Singh) all the necessary documents along with that he asked for a cancelled cheque (from Standard chartered) i gave him. Now its been 20 days no reply no confirmation call, no verification call, Even Agent Shyam Singh sent me a prank confirmation message for approval on my registered mobile, Even their Sales area manager (Mr Ranjeet) did not reply for a single time, now they are denying for the documents that we submitted. in the beginning Shyam singh promised me that i will get m card with in 7 days and its been more than 20 days no login message no call nothing.
These Axis bank guys are totally fraud, cheaters, false information providers, worst experience of my life.Never suggest a person to do any kind of business or to keep any relation with this ***** bank, and along with me they took documents of my office mates (8 in total), so making my mind to handle them in consumer court.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for re-issue of PAN card Vide# Application Number:U-Q000165225, Dated-11-Nov-16 & It is highly disappointing that till now I have not received my PAN Card. I have mailed multiple times to PAN Authority but there is no action taken till now. The customer care number are really useless, none of the given phone number is working.

Request to kindly provide a solution at the earliest.

Its been more than 3 months & with our country moving towards digitization. Such delay is not permitted at all.

जैसा कि विषय से स्पष्ट है कि मेरी शिकायत मोबाइल लॉस्ट सेल से है. अगर आप क्राइम ब्रांच की वेब साइट पर जाकर मिले मोबाइल की जानकारी लेंगे तब आपको पता चलेगा की २०१५ के बाद से साइट या तो अपडेट नहीं हुई है या विभाग ने २०१५ के बाद से काम करना बंद कर दिया है
इस विभाग में रोज ना जाने कितने लोग भोपाल सहित विभिन्न जिलो से उम्मीद लेकर आते है पर यहाँ ना तो फॉर्म मिलता है ना ही सही व्यहवार होता है
मेरे द्वारा भी २४/०१/२०१७ को अपने मोबाइल गुम होने की शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई है जिसका IMEI No 35233081199980 है १५/०२/२०१७ को जब मैंने विभाग से संपर्क कर उन्हें बताया की १० तारीख को मेरे मोबाइल में वोडाफोन की सिम डाली गई है कृपया ट्रैक करे तो उनका जबाब था ” हमने आपकी एप्लीकेशन कंपनी को भेज दी है हम ट्रैक नहीं कर सकते, हमें और भी काम है ” मुझे समझ नहीं आया की इस विभाग को और क्या काम है
जैसा की हम सब समझ सकते है की मोबाइल गुम होना किसी के लिए कितनी कष्ट की बात होती है उस पर ये जवाब विभाग का आपने काम के प्रति लापरवाही ही जाहिर करता है
मेरा आप से अनुरोध है की कृपया आपने अख़बार के माध्यम से इस विषय को विस्तार से छापे ताकि शासन व उच्च अधिकारियो तक इस विभाग की सच्चाई पहुच सके।

I would like to lodge complaint against the medical store running inside the noor multispeciality hosital and trauma center, Thikriwala Chowk, Barnala, Punjab.Yesterday i was visited the hospital for treatment of my 1 year daughter. After consulting with paediatrics i was going to take medicines from medical store that is inside the hospital. When i asked the phamacist for bill of the medicines worth rs 224 he refused for issuing bill and misbehaved very much.please take needfull action this medical store and cancel the license.

I have also logged complaints though neither the authorities have contacted me nor the outstanding amount has been credited to my account so far.
2. As such you are once again requested to reconcile your record else I have to initiate legal jurisdiction to claim the hard earned money and the company also created inconvenience to me for last three days.

There is no value of patient they take 3-4 hours of dressing. During this time doctor leave dressing incomplete and go to some other places in between.

And we call doctor and ask administration they don’t have answer for it.

My father has been hospitalized in room number 313 Mr. Saleem Khan.

I am highly disappointed with the Anand hospital service.

I had placed an order for SIS HOME Yoko Console Table Honey and received an automated order confirmation from the Inkgrid team. I visited their website to find the status of my order and could not find any details. Also i tried contacting the customer care number multiple times and got no response. Even i did not receive any reply on the email sent to them.

The amount paid is Rs. 7047 and would request a refund of the same.

I have shifted my residence in December 2016 so I made application to shift my land line phone No.06122321839 with Broadband which was received in Rajendranagar exchange Patna on 09.01.2017 and assured me to get it shifted within 3 days but since then more than a month has passed and no any BSNL representative came to see the location where phone has to be shifted. When I see the BSNL Charter regarding shifting of land line phone it was only 3 days what a joke which is made by BSNL a reputed organisation of India and floating slogans ‘CONNECTING INDIA”.

BSNL completely failed to satisfy me by his service. Very Very poor in shifting of Land Line Phone.

They are not saying their inefficiency and failure on his part. If they are unable to shift my telephone than why he is not showing his incapability.

If They say ‘NO” than I will process for closure for phone and refund of security deposit.

Complaint Details:
I ordered for 3 ‘ Kouton, shirts of size 40-42 inches from Whaaky. When the shirts were delivered, 2 were in the plastic/polythene packing, and one shirt, dirty, old was sent tied in a string . On complaining they acknowledged the complaint, but have asked me to send it to them at my cost !! Am I tp pay for their negligence and carelessness ?
Why doesn’t some government agency do something about such shady operators ? can someone tell me how I am to get someone to take action against them ?
