Hi there,

I have taken a number 9902560846, with the rental plan 999 in the month of October (15/10/16). The rental plan as told to me by the agent, with free unlimited local + STD calls, and addtionally of 7GB free data. My data pack got ended by 21st and I have requested for an additional 10GB pack in the price of 1000. Before first month ending I have called up to the customer care ans enquired about it and the have told me the additional pack will not be renewed in the next bill cycle. After the first month the bill came of INR 3200+. I called up the customer care and asked them how come the bill could amounting this! he started reading the bill. I also know how to read English!!I asked them a clarrification of thew bill and asked their re[presentative to call me up. There was no show despite the promise of being called within 24 Hrs. I asked the recent bill details as well, and the fellow told me that additional 1000 RS data, which I had bought in the last day, was not deactivated, as it is not a auto deactivated one (First contary from the customer care!) and second of all, the free 7GB internet which one was included in the plan, has been vanished. The reperesentative has told me that out of 50 buckets, I have only 44 filled and the rest are remianed empty.

I have asked several times for the airtel representative to call me, but there is only third party vendor call, who just read the bill for me! I asked the clarrification and there was nothing! Repeated ly for two months I have asked the airtel representative to call me, but there was no show.

The number got deactivcated in the month of December citing the non payment of the account and they barred everything. But, the rental was on its own go!In the month of January one lady called me and asked wheteher I am still using the number. I told NO. She asked me when the payment will be done of INR9000+ (!!!). I got surprised, the provider has barred the service, I am not getting anything, then why the hell I should pay rental! For not using the number? Everyday I am recieving a call regarding this and asking when the payment will happen!.

Please provide a proper understanding of the bill and the tell me why I should not be entitled for 10+7 GB of the internet pack! Where is the unfilled bucket goes?and why I should pay 999 rental still, when I am paying 1000 for 10GB! Again why I should drop a rental for not using the number since from november!

I am using a regular connection of VF and the billing is crystalk clear. However I am using a dongle number of Airtel as well, and never faced any problem.

What happend for this number and why should I pay this amount. Settle the problem ASAP.

Online Transition Made but dint receive product, dint got refund also still.
Dear Sir/Madam
i had ordered a mobile paid online money but later due to some issues, they said they refund money back, They gave a check appx 3 months later as my online transition, But that cheque was also bounced i have a copy of all.
The date on the cheque is 18/02/2016. I.e of october 2016.(Cheq no. 003316).
I have been continuously mailing them regarding the issue but still there is no response from the Company.

The capital may go on high alert if there is an avian flu pandemic threat, but little action has been taken till date against the large number of illegal meat shops and Bucher Khana in Uttari School Block Gali No-2 Mandawali Near Valmiki Temple Delhi-110092.
I would like to raise a concern for an illegally Pig meat shop on Uttari School Block Gali No-2 Mandawali Near Valmiki Temple Delhi-110092 in residential area. These shops are in running on the road in front of their house without having licence and it causes nuisance to people residing in the nearby area.

Illegal meat shops located on busy roads of the state capital not only pose health hazards to people but also pose danger to commuters as stray dogs gather near these shops feasting on meat wastes dumped in drains or even roadside often resulting in road accidents

The MCD has initiated an action against unauthorized meat shops. Norms stipulated for obtaining meat shop licenses includes proper concrete room space, ventilation in shops, good hygienic condition, fresh meat, low bacterial count of the table surface where meat is trimmed and processed and proper waste disposal system with valid shop. But they have not at all. We are surprised that how they are running the shop without shop & without licence but they doing in front of our MCD department and in front of (Valmiki Temple near about 40-50 Mtrs) as per norms meat shop does not operate under 100mtrs of any temple. But the illegal and unlicensed shops operate with impunity without apprehending any penal action.

I would like to request you to take stern action against them and seal their shops with Bucher Khana.

Reasons:

1. Illegally opened shop in residential area and its nearby the Valmiki temple within 40-50 Mtrs.
2. Causes massive sound of animal killing early in morning every day.
3. In open to selling the pig meat without fear of Law and order.
4. Shop owner is a stubborn and disgusting person and he does not listen to public. Lots of people have asked him to move his shop but he does not listen.
5. Many Health issues to come due to these shops like, swine flu diseases, fresh air issues, bad smell etc.
6. These shops because all sever is jammed by blood of animal & road is very dirty with wasted of meat & blood also and the other religion worker is very harassed.
7. They all drink wine and eat meat standing there and they pass the comments to girls and other women.
8. It is situated in the common passage area and it has become impossible for us to pass the way due to heavy smell and a bad crowd always gathers there in the evening time.
9. If they continue this illegal activity and frying meat openly at public place then a time will be near when crime graph will be on the top of its height. We all residents are irritated by him.
10.We request you to kindly take serious action against such activities as this is our final complaint further we would take help to understand through Right to Information.

And it is further requested not to allow such meat shops to open in the residential area and in front of (Valmiki Temple near about 40-50 Mtrs) at the same address.

Hi Everyone,

Even i faced a similar sort of issue with this petrol pump, i visited this petrol pump on 20-Feb-2016 & used my credit card for a transaction of INR500, everything went fine. After 2 days of it mid night of 22-feb-2017, I received one message from my bank stating my card has been used at this Taneja Service Station at Ghazipur Delhi, for a transaction of INR 500 whereas after 3 minutes of it i received another msg from my bank stating this transaction of INR 500 happened without an additional factor of authentication which is a mandate by RBI.However at that time i was sleeping at my home and this transaction never happened with my consent.

I called my bank, got the card blocked and raised a dispute against the same.

So many time i call to customer number and many more message to dhamaalshop company unfortunately they haven’t received call nor respond to my email . I m frustrated due to the company response how their are irresponse after payment reduced made by me. So please solved my problem…

I ordered 2 itmes which i was supposed to receive on 22nd feb but the courier person wrongly updated that i am not contactable. The customer executive dept told me that somebody will definitely call me. I also then requested them to send the same on 23rd feb before 11 am. Neither i received any call from them nor tue delivery.

Since this was a non refundable item they are taking me for a ride. This is the pathetic state of amazon service. Their own courier dept is not paying any head to their request.

Dear Sir I Have Linked My Adhaar ( 238762283361) With My Bank Account And My LPG Distributor also . But According to NCPI (Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (as per NPCI : Not Submitted)) Not Submitted I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI . And how i know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank account.Please tell me the solutions about this issue.my Mobile no.9691778747
