Complaint Details:
I had returned a parcel having 4 products in it but after the product successful delivered to them they are saying they had received only 2 products not 4. And stop my refund of those 2 products, i had complaint them many times but still nothing they are refusing my claim now after wasted me time with them to me it looks they are just playing games. But not only with me there is another person I know and same thing they had done with him so please if someone kindly help us out regarding this

Sir mera scholarship form me inter ka roll number galt ho gya tha to jub correction ka time tha to maine college me sara data phir se jama kiya tha phir bhi maine inter ki markshit uske sath jama kiya tha lekin jab mai 25 tarik ko apana status check kiya to district samaj kaleyan bibhag se rejected dikha rha h mera registration number 580400121600150 h sir mera data shi lekin phir bhi nhi aaya sir please sir kuchh kariye sir main bahut Persian hu gorakhpur ke samaj kalyean k kermchari kuchh nhi kr rhe h wo kah rhe kuchh nhi hone wala h iss liye mai yenha se complain kr rha hu mai Bsc third Year ka student hu please sir mera paisa send karne ki kripa kre ki mai aage ki padai kr saku.

Complaint Details:
In the month of Nov 2016 I was given two sim cards by the salesman Mr Yuvaraj who claimed both the cards to be of plan 499.While one card I gave to my son, the other card I kept for myself. My son’s plan turned out to be of plan 199 whereas my card was not working the message being ‘mobile network not activated, ‘.After continuous reminder to Yuvaraj, he didn’t rectify both the problem. In fact he stopped taking my calls.After more than a month another salesman Bhoopathy visited our branch and I told him my problems and returned my sim card to him.Since then I have been harrased by Vodafone by sending threatening emails and telephone calls regarding the bill payment. Though I have sent two emails explaining my problem, but they are still sending their agents to my office and threatening me.I am unable to understand how they can bill me when the sim they gave never worked. I request you to ask Vodafone to stop harassing me in this regard.

Dear sir/madam,
My self sangita mohanty having used credit card no xxxx xxxx xxxx 6041 with customer id 835990999 in your axis bank, I am a house wife and I used this credit card for my personal use now a days I have facing lots of financial problem in my family life.
Now I write about my credit card details statement which is most painful my embracing life.
In February 2016 my pending balance is 41817.62 and in time I stop purchasing because of my financial crises. And I thought, I will be repayment of credit balance in several installment and I paid part wise from april 2016 to march 2017 and lastly I have paid already 72000/- as on dt 06.03.2017.
In time of October 2016 a fruide transaction of amount 17500/- will held on my credit card . and that time I will inform to customer care and they told me that you filled up a customer dispute form and submit an axis bank branch with a FIR copy from near police station. I have do all things which was told by your branch. And also mail the customer care with attaching the all documents .

But Now the customer care always telephone me that your credit card balance is above 42000/-
Please pay as soon as possible. And threatened me to we are sending collection team to you and so on.
Sir/madam please told me that my out standing balance is 41817.62 and now I paid excess about 30000/- in a year(april2016-March2017) then how much money I will be paid to this credit card.

I have attaching the all documents which was already mailed by me.
Please find a right solution and take necessary action.

We have opened the current account with your bank on Nov 02nd 2016 and the swiping machine was allotted on same day . We have started using the swiping machine from that day . The amount deposited in the account is not settled during the period from Nov 02 2016 to Feb 10th 2017. Pls deposit the amount which we have used in that particular period, Service was not Good from bank side, there is no proper response from your team and our problem was not solved.
