Complaint Details:
Recently I received a whatsapp message suppose to have forwarded by Mr. Sunil Patil Ex- director of Symbiosis, in which several complaints of physical ailments have been listed due to the use of aspartame.
In the container also mentioned the tablets are not recommended for children because of the presence of above mentioned substance plz advice as have been using sugar free since six years.

I had placed order through my credit card through MVisa-mvisa : PIZZAHUTon 29/12/2016. On both attempts amount was deducted but order was not placed.
kindly initiate a refund for the same on below mentioned credit card.

Have ordered one pair of woodland sandles on 18/12/2016 and I have putted request for return on 31 Dec 2016, during the time of returning by mistekly I have cancelled order and Which i had reported to snapdeal and customer advisor have made it clear and they had reschedule the order…Now It has been almost 3months my pickup is not done, now I have lost my patience level. I have called snapdeal several times but it is of no use every now and then they are saying 2-3 days. What should I do to overcome through this harrasement …My order I’d is 17368349927. They are not doing any follow up with the customers… What to do… Common people like me have lost faith from this type of site…

Hello,

I have bought Xolo Black phone(911451001785735) on 24 March 2016 and the phone started giving problem after 2 months. I first visited Service Center, Gwalior on 23 April 2016 as the phone was dead (not switching ON). Since then I visited various service centers (Gwalior and Noida) several times for the same problem but the problem is not resolved yet.

My phone is not working since one week and today when I visited service center and they said it is motherboard problem which is not letting the phone to work. Now they are asking for 9000 rupees for changing the motherboard and say that phone is broken so there will be no warranty.

But this charging or not working problem has not been resolved since 23 april 2016

Status: My issue has not been resolved.

Description:

Last month, I had recharged with Rs299 per 28days unlimited package. It worked fine.
Yesterday, I recharged my airtel prepaid with 349Rs per 28 days unlimited calls package. But I’m being charged for all my voice calls. I recharged online and there was nothing mentioned about roaming. To me unlimited means “UNLIMITED” and there are no ifs and buts.

When I checked with customer care, they say that I’m in roaming, so, it is not free. The website doesn’t mention about roaming.

Yesterday, as soon as I made my first call and got charged, I complained and wrote to airtel customer service, but no action has been taken.

This is absolute cheating.

Resolution:
OK fine, if Airtel is not going to give me the same plan, but return my money to my main account and I’ll talk for that amount. I live in BLR, I dont want to throw 349 Rs into the gutter.
