I have called dell customer care no to order battery for my lattitude laptop. but the executives transferred me for many departments but no one is answered me. i had gave my service vode for more than 10 executives but none served me. here after i will not go for dell. similliarly i had faced simmiliar problem for the past 2 months. no one s ready to send quotation.

My Airtel digitalTV ID 3010318101, i recharged my account on 15th march 2017 with 732 INR . As i got a message from default portal ” Recharge for your Airtel DigitalTV ID 3010318101 is due today . Your rental is Rs732. Recharge today to avoid Idle maintenance fee of Rs15. ” So i recharged with the same amount but instead my package gets changed to south package earlier it was MegaHD 58 so i called customer care and they arranged a call back so i explained everything but now they said they cant help as i have choose the pack, in the end of conversation i was today i would have to pay 781INR if you want to get the same pack and they changed my plan . i request to know why am i getting charged more, some pooja from airtel mohali told cost has increased i told her to give it to me in writing she arrogantly said not possible you can complaint …is this the way of increasing money and customer service ?? i am really disappointed with this .

I am not asking anything out of way all i am saying is why i have to pay more please help me out

I booked a international trip on 4th February 2017 to Europe.i paid 40000INR.make my trip was suppose to provide visa assistance by providing all travel documents related to flights and hotels.when I filed visa application, the form filled by visa team was wrong, i had to fill this form again.then my visa got rejected by hungry embassy.they handed over a letter saying …the stay information given in the documents is false and unreliable reliable.this information was provided to me by make my trip. When I informed MMT that my visa is rejected they immediately cancelled my trip without my concent.as if they are waiting for it. Now they are not refunding my 0000 rupees saying this was non refundable.but my issue is when fault is from MMT side by given in reliable information, then why they are not refunding my money.i want to make sure that my money should be refunded immediately as it’s not my fault at all for visa cancellation. Worst case is no one is ready to take responsibility.uts disgusting.if I have to go to court to get my money back I will approach the court for that.thanks

I have a smartphone of Intex. I buy this smartphone in Dec, 2015. From the date of purchase, i have face many problem in this phone. About five or more time i come into service center, but problems can, t resolved.
Now intex service center, jaipur replaced this smart phone, but in the replaced mobile phone, i face same problem mostly charging problem.

Now I blamed Intex Company…

Dear sir

A refund of 8872 rupees was successfully processed on 8 March 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon’s payment processor to locate the refund.

Dear Sir, I had received a call for credit card.I ignored but they kept on calling me providing good offers. I was informed you can pay in installments in duration of 3, 6, 9, 12 mths not to worry. I was tempted and happy.i wasn’t knowing that instalments are only for bulk purchases and was not informed. i used the card.When bill came they asked to pay in full as the purchases was from different stores.i was unable as my salary is too low.In between my daughter was ill and admitted. i called customer care and informed but they asked to pay the money in full.sometimes i try calling customer care but they do not response. somehow, I paid little they started to chrge interest and late payment charges.now the bill is high and they are torturing me to pay the bill. please advise. this is wrong providing incomplete information about the instalments and putting me in trouble. i want the charges and late payment fee to be removed till date. Please help.Thanks.
