Complaint Details:
I have done a mobile top for Rs 200/- through Canmobile on 14-3-17 ( Transaction No. 707311433940 ) and for Rs 100/-. on 15-03-17 (Transaction No. 707410564220).I received a message topup transaction successful. But my mobile account is not updated.
I have contacted the tollfree complaint number was told that it will be refunded in three working days. But the amount is not credited.

Kindly do the needful

During the month of March 2017, CANARA BANK has debited Rs11.50 twice on 11-03-2017 from my SB account, as ATM fee, whereas I have made only one cash withdrawal of Rs 20000.00 from my account No1372101016622 with Canara Bank, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, PIN-682016.

Moreover they have not bothered to answer my mail to them dated 15 Mar 17 asking for clarification of the above.

Maine 22nd November 2016 mai oppo a37 home credit se finance mai liya tha aur bank account se 1, 399 rs direct debit hone wala tha har month ka 16th tarik ko but debit nhi huwa hai, uske waja se every month ka 20th, 21st date mai Cash Payment kar k aya hu December se lekar 21st February tak jo k 3 month complete ho gaya hai aur hai k 3 month ka Bill pending mai hai. Is March month mai Office k taraf se call nhi ane k waja maine call kar k Customer Care Executive se baat kiya hai aur bola hai k Cash payment lene k liye koi v nhi ayega kuch problem k karan aur Online Pay karne k liye bola hai. Mera due date hai har month ka 22nd date ko hai toh is baar mai Online pay kar dega. Thanks

Scam or fraud: Justdial.com — Order placed through Justdail for one KG Moginis blackforest cake

Complaint Details:
Have place order through online for One Kg Black Forest cake to be delivered at Kalyan west under order reference no.1551785. I was relaxed post confirmation of the order with online payment of Rs.650 ( Rs. 550/- for the cake and Rs.100/- towards the delivery charges ) with the contact numbers to know the status.

Am shock to receive a message within 13 minutes saying regret will not be able to deliver the said cake. Immediately tried to reach your office on 022 40786789 /022 40786759 and 8888888888.

Finaly i got through on 8888888888 and spoke to Khusboo since the line was bad the line got disconnected. Again the call got connected and am not sure the name of the lady to whom i was talking. It was totally dissappointing to say that such a esteem company like JD has staff which are not polite and only two words ” SORRY ” REGRET’ and the reason that your order team is not able to reach the Moginis cake shop hence the order is cancelled, i countered her saying you be on line i will conference with the Moginis shop after hearing this without wasting anytime she disconnected the call.

I would like to know the understanding between JD and Moginis as a customer. Have already transfered the amount of INR650/- I need the said money immediately along with compensation for not adhering to the terms of the order.

Appreciate your response immediately.

Scam or fraud: Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — Applied for correction in PAN CARD, but no update after 1 month

I have applied online for correction/changes in PAN card in February 2017. And sent all the documents and application form via normal post. After 2 weeks also the my application shows no documents received yet. Again I speed post all documents from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai on 10th March 2017 at 10:17:55 and Item dispatched on same day. Item received at Konkan Bhavan S.O. on 11th March 2017 at 09:38:24 and delivered at 13:59:00 at it destiny. but the UTI status shows that the documents haven’t received yet.

Post office consignment no is EM246689595IN
I have also complaint in post office and its no is 10007493106.
Please help to find out where the problem is???

Hi,
I had ordered pizza on Feb 9 but due to some reasons that order had been canceled by me and the employee of pizza hut had assured me to refund the money.

But that amount isn’t refunded by pizza hut store. Please tell me what further I can do. It’s been so much time I am waiting for my money to be refunded.

Home shop 18 team is claiming that all the gorilla & dragon-trail lcd mobiles are unbreakable. you guys breaking walnuts with the mobile on shown on TV. but my swipe mobile broke as it dropped onto the floor. you either repair my mobile or change it. I won’t to the service station.

I have purchaged Samsung Led TV 32 inch on 13.07.2016 . But unfortunately on running condition Tv became dead with mild sound from monitor.
I have already informed the dealer where the TV had been purchaged.

Complaint Details:

Today morning 20/3/2017 i found some white colour thing in my maggi sause i think it was contaminated with fungus, it was a pichkoo pauch so the inside thing was not visible as the outer cover is of plastic and in dark yellow colour. The transparent bottel shows the inside thing clearly. It was really smelling bad i am disappointed by the product I’ll never buy again .

Scam or fraud: Idea Cellular — Post paid connection- Data is not providing as per the plan

Complaint Details:
As per my Bill plan (Postpaid connection 349 ) 3G unlimited usage is provided and for first 1GB of data would be downloaded on high speed and next 1GB wouldl be down loaded by 40KBPS and beyond that would be given 20KBPS for unlimited usage.

Normally i would cross 2GB data within 7 days of the beginning of the month itself and the remaining days i could use 20KBPS speed. As of now its was enough to check mail, whatsapp, or to book an OLA vehicle.

Unfortunately this month (March 2017) they have reduced my downloading speed to bellow 20KBPS and i couldn’t even check my mail or and i have complaint to the customer care department for four times and instead of solving the problem advised me to add booster pack.

I’m requesting them to provide me the plan which they have offered me.

Kindly look into the issue.
