Complaint Details:
I am Ganesh Chandra Bhui was holding a Citibank credit card no. 4386-2800-1656-0983 it has been lost since last one year and i don’t done any transaction in card only medical insurance was against the card and continuously month wise has been paid EMI to card last year insurance had expired suddenly without any information it was renewed than i called to customer care & cancelled the insurance now outstanding amount is showing 10000/- why i will pay the amount pls call me for settlement.
